Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Denver

I order the bbq Mac and cheese. When my food came out the noodles were cooled. As this was my fist time ordering this dish I asked the guy that brought my food out if the noodles were supposed to be cold. The young kid working there let out a sigh of disgust as if I had personally ruined his day. He took the food back then came to the table a little later and said we'll make you a new one and walked away. After my friend finished her entire meal he finally came back to the table to bring me my "new" food. He just sat it down and walled away without saying a word. I was shocked to find that my food was still cold. I brought the food up to the counter and said my food is still cold I want my money back. The manager, clearly irritated, came up to the register to refund me my money. No one ever bothered to say sorry for the situation. There was also no kind of incentive given to me to ever try to give them another shot. I’ve ordered twice over the phone at this location during June 2018 and they’ve not had my order either time. The first time I showed up at the location and they didn’t have record of my order. They have an outsourced phone ordering service, so the next time I ordered through the phone I called the location to make sure it was received. They confirmed and I went to the location to pick up. Not ready- they speculated someone took my order.. maybe, but It seems like they are really struggling to figure out how to operate the basic functions of the business. The counter rep couldn’t explain the situation well enough and the rest of the staff scrambled around in the back like they had no clue what was happening with all the people at lunchtime ordering from the menu and expecting their food.

If I could do negative stars on service, I would. However, the teenager that was working was so disrespectful and rude. He stated that I looked homeless and so I could not use the bathroom because I was in sweatpants and a sweatshirt. I bought a cookie and then while walking to the bathroom, I started to urinate on myself because he made me wait to use the bathroom because he said that they don’t allow homeless people to use the restroom and that you have to buy something before and I told him I would buy something after I use the restroom. It was an emergency and he was still rude I think you should be fired or his employer needs to start teaching them how to be more respectful to customers.
