Terrible Customer Service! I live close liked to come in, in the am with my doggo on our morning walk. Stopped going inside months ago because of the attitudes. Idk if its because I look homeless on my days off or what🤦♀️ So I drive through the drive through normally no issues but today took the cake. Trying to take my dog out on our day off and business as usual until I saw a massive miscommunication. They took 200 stars when I scanned to pay for it!!!! Of course they cant refund stars in store. It took me 1.5 hours to get all the information to file a refund issue with corp. I had to drive back through the drive through because they didn't want to answer the phone, huge waste of my time, was greeted by Gillian the manager who had the worst attitude ever! Luckily corporate was on the phone and heard the whole thing. She didn't even address me when she walked past me in the drive through taking in the trash. Just looked like a normal employee mad at life. She was not customer service oriented and treated me like a problem holding up the line!!!??? No consideration of my time or energy spent on my day off, she had a nasty look in her eye and quickly rushed me out of the line snarky and still talking down to me when drove past, she quickly changed her tone when I greeted her inside with the same energy. I was shaking at the disrespect. She continued to talk to me disrespectful when I told her I run my own business, she said I was wasting time in the store then!?!?! Never in my life!?!? At this point it was $200 taken from me on top of 90 minutes of my time which is another $150 so needless to say I will not be back at this lovely location ever again! Me being a Karen? I think not.. Read moreOn 2/28/19 about 4:30pm we went through the drive through and ordered a grande iced carmel macchiato with whip cream extra carmel and an extra shot. The service at the window was poor from the girl with short hair had to wait even after called through window to ask for a long straw. The drink looked like pure milk (mostly white) and was not fulll at all. The drink tasted off lile it was missing the vanilla it so I took it back inside took a couple minutes to be acknowledged and helped. Both the short haired girl and blonde girl saw me and didn’t say anything just went about what they were going. A guy did come and help me and started remaking the drink. While watching the drink being remade and waiting to be helped the blonde girl was making th drinks and anything with whip cream was underfilled and then she would use the whip cream to fill to where the liquid would go in drinks without whip cream. The guy had the blonde girl finish the drink when I asked if there was vanilla put in it she got an attitude that it’s always put in there and when I asked for a long straw it was a huge inconvenience for her becuase there were none in the bin for me to get myself. She just walked away after I asked annoyed by my request and said it would be a minute and kept making drinks then finally getting me a long straw from drive thru area and not filling up the straws for customers. Read moreAbout 1 hour before closing I order two Venti black coffees and one cookie for ten bucks. One was to drink tonight and the other in the morning. I’m not so picky that I won’t drink reheated coffee in the morning, however, I am not interested in WEAK coffee. I get down the road and find that the coffee in both cups is totally watered down!! Total waste of money. Apparently they were running low and didn’t want to make a new pot. I get it. It’s an hour til closing and maybe not a lot of people drinking regular old coffee at this hour. But I did pay for Starbucks quality and I did not expect a cup of dark brown hot water. Doesn’t even taste like weak coffee. Just tastes like water! The server could have offered to sell me a pour over but instead just watered down my 2 coffees and charged me full price. I even tipped a dollar. Never again. Why tip when you have no idea what you received until after you’re gone.
For many years I went to Starbucks daily, sometimes twice a day but I would say that their black coffee has been hit or miss for consistency for about the past 5 years so I mostly come if someone gave me a gift card-or I’m really desperate for some caffeine. Just not worth my hard earned money hoping it will be a good tasting cup of coffee. I will be back tomorrow for a refund...
