I went to this location and ordered a pumpkin iced coffee with extra ice. They give me the coffee with barely any ice in it. Literally a few cubes at the top, I asked the girl in the window to please add more ice she said to me in an almost condescending tone that she would have to dump out some coffee to do that. I obviously knew that and I said it was fine. When she gave the coffee back to me I took a sip and realized there was no pumpkin flavor in it. I don’t mean not enough flavor, I mean none. I told her my coffee wasn’t pumpkin and she tried to tell me it was. I told her it didn’t taste like there was any flavor in it at all, she actually rolled her eyes at me. I worked in food service for a long time and I really wasn’t trying to be a pain because I know how that feels. I just wanted my coffee the way I ordered it. I don’t think it’s asking too much when I’m paying for something to get it the way I want it. The coffee still didn’t taste right and I wound up throwing it out, total waste of money. I would never be rude to a customer who complained about an order not being right. Especially if they were polite about it. Food is just very different from other Dunkins. Usually not fresh and more times than not, they get your order wrong. My most recent (and will be my last) experience they literally got 1/2 of a $18 wrong. When I went back, there was no manager there. No one would help me or make it right. I was so upset, I actually reached out to Dunkin corporate (I know, Karen moment) and voiced my complaints. After a few weeks, some District Manager named Doug Bishop reached out to me and seemed genuinely caring about my complaints. He promised to mail me a gift card to give them another try. After 2 weeks, gift card never came so I reached back out to Doug and for the 2nd time, he said he would mail it personally. Well it never came now after another 2 weeks. Apparently even the District Manager Doug Bishop doesn't care at all about customer service or the reputation of his stores. I ordered four drinks and somehow she managed to mess up every single one.
She didn't tell me at the speaker that they didn't have coconut or vanila creme donuts, so she pretended I ordered differently, we ignored the mistake because the drinks looked okay but then after we drove away we realized that on the paper slips on the cups the orders were wrong. 30 minutes later we came back and she pretended she didn't know who we are. she said we weren't at the right dunkin because they didn't have chocolate glazed donuts or coconut all day. she gave us 2 new drinks (which took her about 10 minutes to get one) anyways, but I will NEVER go back there. don't be annoyed if your the one who can't get drinks together, atleast now we know why dunkin was your...
