Service sucks!!!! food is good, when I eat here now, which is rarely, I get my food to go, and repeat my order at least three times over the phone, so they understand what I want. Reason why, one time I told the waitress, I wanted my husbands sandwich, plain with just meat and cheese, repeated twice, they still put mayo and mustard on it, I called the waitress over to my table,and told her I said just meat and cheese, she said yes you did say that, next thing I know the manager, store owner whoever she is stumps her ass over to my table, and demands I need to pay for the sandwich, and she got even more mad when I refused, and told me a plain sandwich means condiments go on it, she demanded again I pay for the sandwich I repeated to her I will not pay for something that is your mistake, she Stomps away and says next time you will pay for that sandwich, I said well there won't be a next time. Update I no longer eat here at all, my husband went here recently, and and picked up a order, they served us moldy sourdough bread, I mean, you could literally smell the mold on the bread, and they gave my husband burnt potato soup and I made this order at 9:45 a.m. so it would be ready right when they open, everything should have been fresh!!!! just...

Wish you could leave zero stars…have gone a few times when working in Derider. Staff is rude, especially the cashier (maybe owner). Also have been told by a worker before while eating there not to order a certain item because it had been in the fridge for over a week!! The cashier (owner) snapped at her staff in front of customers, due to me asking what the price for a combo would be since it’s no listed…she didn’t even know and said it’s on the menu, but it’s not. So I questioned the price of my meal the when I went up to pay since it’s always different. She refused to even look at me, argued with me, when all I asked is why the price is a few dollars more than what the waitress had said. She rudely stated the price is on the menu…which it’s not when doing a combo. They charge .50 extra for anything…even water! Definitely will not ever be going back, crazy to think a small grilled cheese and small cup of soup with water is $12. Would not waste...

On Veterans Day, I have a hard time going to establishments for any of the offerings that restaurants give out, if you know, you know. I have not gone to anything like this except one other time and that was over 10 years ago. I went in today after I was invited by a friend to go for their Veterans Day Meals. I have eaten here before, and I’ve always loved their meals, so I decided I was going to step out of my comfort zone. I was greeted warmly and after telling the beautiful women behind the counter why I was there, she told me I could have anything I wanted. I got my usual, which is the Cajun Turkey and upon her recommendation, the French onion soup. I took my food to go and went to work. Not only did the food warm my heart, but the whole demeanor of this place was next level. I really appreciate the kindness that they extended to the Veteran Community today . I absolutely love this place and will continue to support this wonderful...
