Went on a Thursday for dinner (5pm), not crowded (maybe 2 other tables). Overall, good food, just service and operations are lacking.
Location: hwy 171, next to Stine. GPS will get you there. Private parking lot. Plenty of parking.
Atmosphere: typical pizza hut decoration and style. Music playing. Not noisy. Booths & tables available.
Service: just blah. Felt like they didn't want to be there, just going through the motions. Brought us the wrong sauces twice (and charged us for all of it).
Food: We ordered a medium (8 slices) pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks & 2 drinks. Everything tastes good & hot. The buffet was already shut down for the day. Also, they do not accept/redeem any app deals or account rewards when you dine in, it is only for pick up, which is frustrating. I guess they don't want customers dining in?
Price: For what we ordered, it was about $32. Definitely feel their pizzas are overpriced. We went back & forth on what to order for the best bang for our buck, especially since they don't do any deals dining in.

I understand people need a break. That's not the issue. What became the issue is the lack of professionalism. I went through the drive thru, and when they first opened the window the first thing out of their mouth was "you can't order at the window." Before closing the window. Fine, I can shake that off. My family specifically wanted pizza hut, so I ordered on the app. I waited, with my friend in the car. Who was also partaking in dinner with my family. We both wait, and head to the window again. We sit there for what felt like 5 minutes before anyone came to the window, and this time, was no better than the last time.    Read moreWent specifically for the buffet after therapy today. Walked in at 1:15 and was immediately seated. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. Even though the buffet closes at 2:00, the food was still hot and fresh. The salad bar was nice, clean and stocked. You could tell the staff took pride in their restaurant.
Only suggestion I would make is a little deep cleaning in those places easily forgotten. The ceiling panel in front of the air vent was broken and you could easily see all the dust. I moved seats to behind it because I easily worried about it blowing all over my food. Also, the tops of the booth seats are really dirty with ground in sweat, food, and hair products. The window sills and blinds were covered with dust, dead flies and food on windows. I absolutely loved the decor but hard to admire under all the dust.
I will come again. I just loved the over all experience and the food was really good. But I hope they get those spots that easily overlooked. They...
