If I could give this a 0 star review I would. This is a long story but worth the read . My friend and I ordered two separate meals. I ordered a California cheesesteak with funnel cake fries for $16 and my friend ordered 10 mild wings and fries for $13. Not only did they charge both of us an extra $2 for the delivery fee, mind you it was the same driver to the same place. I told the woman on the phone that my address is weird when you put it in google maps so I told her the address of the closest home near me and to keep going straight from there. I get a call and when I picked up he said “WHY DIDN’T YOU GIVE ME THE RIGHT ADDRESS?? I explained to him that we can not give him the right address because he wouldn’t end up at the right location. When he arrived the first time he left the food at the other address, without even ringing their doorbell. He went back and got it. So then when he arrived the second time, he beeped the horn holding it in for like 1 min. Then he was still being disrespectful and continued to raise his voice at us when he got out of the car. We were signing the receipts and then we handed them back to him without giving a tip because he was being disrespectful. Then he told us (still being disrespectful) that the next time we should give a tip because he uses gas and that’s how he gets paid. Then we tipped him, took our food and went inside. My California CHEESEsteak had NO CHEESE. My funnel cake friends had NO POWDERED SUGAR. The funnel cake fries were stale and disgusting. My friends fries were cold and nasty as well. Read moreAbsolutely disappointed with this place. A friend of ours ordered pizza from the JoJo's in hershey to which the first person took our order and said the pizza would be out in 25-30 minutes. Completely fine. However, almost 1 hour went by and we called them and they gave us an attitude saying the pizza would be there soon. We hung up, the delivery person came (who was very kind) and gave us the pizza. However, once he had left we opened the pizza box to find that the pizza was very cold. We called JoJo's back and a woman gave us an attitude saying "what would you like me to do about it?" We just asked if there could be another one ordered and delivered to our house and we were told to give the first pizza back. (Who knows what they do with that pizza that has been sitting in my house for the past hour and 10 minutes). Another one was delivered taking another hour and 10 minutes. It was luke warm so we called to let them know that we had appreciated them dropping off another pizza. However, when we called a woman answered and my husband told them our address and the woman automatically said "hold, it's _ again" with a HUGE attitude. We then spoke to another woman who was absolutely kind and said that in the future we should order from another location due to the distance of our house. Read moreYesterday my kids ordered some food from Jo Jo's Pizza, and I left my kids with a hundred dollar bill. I didn't have any other bill at the moment, so I left them with that. When I came back home, I saw that there was minimal change which brought me to two thoughts which were that they either spent an abundance of money or that the delivery worker had insufficent change. My kids' order was $30.93, and I saw that they were only given $20 back in change. I called them today to get rest of my $49.07 back. I began to speak with one of the workers there, and he began to argue/yell at me that I can't get my change back. We then come to an agreement to get our money back. I then speak with another worker later to find out that delivery worker will bring the money back but only $40 which meant he had taken $9 for himself. That means he had taken $9 as a tip for himself without our consent/permission. I have had a past problem where a driver did not have enough change, but he had been nice enough to go back and get change. Overall, the 2 workers I dealed with were extremely rude, and the delivery worker is utterly selfish. The customer service is utterly useless...
