Update: I have decided to change this to a 4* review based on the call I received from the owner the day after I called. The owner, Kevin, was incredibly kind, refunded my bill in full, and told me they pulled the fish and all ingredients in the meal as soon as I alerted them I had gotten sick. He acknowledged the additional training some of his staff may need, which in this economy/turnover rate I think everyone can understand, but most importantly I was really impressed with how promptly he handled the food side of things. He opened a case with his vendor, and really seems to care about the quality of food his restaurant puts out. It was a very productive conversation, and I appreciated his follow through. I'm not sure that many restaurants would have taken bad food as seriously as he did, so I'll give him another shot--you should too.

A friend and I met have for dinner Friday night, after seeing good reviews online. I will not be back. We started by ordering chicken nachos with no olives. When the server brought them out, she dropped them on the table and took off before we could tell her they had olives on them...and no cheese...since we didn't see her again for the next 20 minutes we dealt with it. We then ordered dinner. My friend asked a few questions about how something was cooked since she has dietary restrictions, and the server was zero help and basically said it's up to you because I just don't know. I ordered the haddock sandwich, which tasted a little strange but I thought maybe it was their tarter sauce. Fast forward to 2 hours later and I was incredibly sick. I was sick all night! I called the restaurant the next day before they opened, asked for a manager and was told there isn't one (??). I explained to the girl who answered what had happened and that they may want to inspect the fish, and she completely blew me off. When I pushed further she offered to give me a gift card for the cost of my sandwich....clearly she didn't understand I wasn't coming back, or care that others may get sick as well, or care that I had been sick the last 12 hours! Unreal. Do not go here unless you want to waste $100 and get...

A solid place to grab a bite, or indulge in a cocktail.

The atmosphere is an open concept that works quite well. It can get a bit loud during peak hours, when just about every seat is filled.

We showed up around five, and within a half hour this place went from half full, to jam packed. The servers kept up with the business quite impressively. Even while tending to both indoor and outdoor seating at the same time.

The apps were good. Deepfried kraft Mac and cheese. A new play on a classic that makes you feel like a kid again.

The nachos were tasty. A lil overkill on the placement of olives and jalapenos. Almost like a hand full was dumped in one spot, rather than evenly distributed. It's the shredded cheese, so you'll be racing to eat this before it solidifies. Still quite good though.

French fries are those McCain frozen crinkle fries. The seasoning really pushes them to another level though.

The chicken Parm sando was awesome. My only thing is the chicken was a little too thick. I know I know, but if it were just a chicken sandwich I wouldn't say anything. But the chicken was so thick it took away from the sauce and the cheese. Instead of a medley of flavors, it was like the chicken was bullying the other ingredients out of the pallet.

I will definitely be back. Next time I'll be trying the two chili dogs with fries...

Went for dinner. Took 20 minutes to get waited on. Ordered drinks and app, which came. Then 20 minutes later waitress says she lost our ticket and had to order again. We did not. Not going back.

Updating this review based on the owner's response. I stand by my review. The service was bad and I was not rude. I should have been offered to have the check comped to begin with. I did not walk out on it, I merely said I was not paying for this and did not walk out until I was told that it would be comped. I was not disrespectful at all. I believe you set up your new waitress to take the fall. You should be ashamed. Why was the appetizer served and the rest of the ticket lost? She obviously submitted it to the kitchen as they prepared the appetizer. I stand by what I wrote. We were not acknowledged for 20 minutes and then your kitchen loses the ticket. Someone should have been helping her! We never walked out on this. The manager should have come out and explained everything. Step up and be a good restaurant. We will never go back and have since told a number of people who will now never go. Accusing me of being rude and disrespectful on social media is not a good move on an owner's...

What a bummer. Just okay food and okay-er service on a not very busy Sunday afternoon. Had to ask for waters 3 times. It’s like they took the food from the Irish pub (now closed) down the road and moved it here. The only thing we liked were our wings. Sandwiches (haddock and Reuben) were alright and the fries (regular and sweet potato) tasted like the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in awhile. Even our french fry fiend baby rejected the fries. Free popcorn was burnt and over salted. My house margarita tasted like Minute Maid lemonade. Bathrooms were clean at least. The space is welcoming, but the food and probably mixed drinks need an intervention or maybe we just ordered the wrong things on a bad day, who knows . Maybe we will try again in a few months, but can’t see ourselves going back right now. Sorry.

Late day lunch (3:00 pm) at this relatively new restaurant/bar. Opened since Jan. 2022, this eatery offers a full pub menu and from 2-4 pm, half price on select appetizers and personal pizzas at $4.99 each. Numerous draft beers come in a surprising 22 oz glass, ($9.00) with lots of bottled selections as well. I tried the fried balsamic glazed brussel sprouts as an appetizer and chose the personal sized pepperoni pizza. Both items were tasty and would have fed 2 people easily. I brought home half of each to enjoy another time. Staff were friendly, atmosphere was casually and it's located right on Main St. On street parking, but I think there is public parking behind the building. Open for lunch
