The most HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Food is pretty decent but the service/employees make it not worth it at all! Do not get delivery unless you expect to wait at least an hour minimum. Called to place my order at 7:45am (they open at 7am), food finally came after 9:15am, an hour and a half later! When I called to speak to a manager due to the length of wait time, food being cold and partially wrong, both managers I spoke with were very rude and gave any and every excuse they could. He finally asked how I paid and said that he would give me my money back but for me to take them off of my call list and to never order from there again. I have never heard such ignorance from a business manager in my life. The saddest part is that this is at least the third time my office has dealt with their rudeness and ignorance but have always given them the benefit of the doubt. We had a great experience. My family and I stopped by LJ's Cafe and catering on our way to a doctor's appointment. It was located in an office building so we were originally concerned that it was going to be a cafe that serves microwaved eggs and still bread. But that was the opposite of what we experienced. My wife and mother-in-law both got an omelette and they said that it was delicious, with fresh vegetables and eggs hot off the griddle. I got potatoes and pancakes that were delicious and plentiful. The portion sizes were generous, so much so that we had to box up some of the food because we couldn't finish it all. Also, Dave the owner was super nice and personable. He personally brought us some of his homemade hot sauce for the omelets. The homemade hot sauce was the secret sauce truly. Was in the area for my doc appt and decided to get a quick bite - bagel breakfast sandwich was great! It’s an office building lunch spot and wow, what a hidden gem! Great prices and food! Got the bacon egg on a bagel and added some veggies for free. Found the place on Google maps, ordered/paid online and by the time I drove over it was waiting for me. Once I got there, I also saw a bunch of other specials, now I might have to make a special trip down here just to eat their other food.
