Update: 5/29/2025 I have to come back and update my reviews from 4 stars to 2. I went to this location today for a quick breakfast sandwich and the lady at the front counter was nice, friendly and had my food back to me quickly. All that is nice and well however the entire time I waited for my food she was placing cakes into the display and sneezing repeatedly. I made a comment about her sneezing over the food and needing to go home and she responded saying it was her allergies. I don’t care what it is, sneezing over food that you are feeding paying customers is unacceptable. Not sure if I will be back (for sandwiches) but cakes are completely out of the question. Please tread lightly everyone.

I have an interesting relationship with this cafe because I want to love it SO much but there’s usually at least 1 thing each time I go to prevent them from being at greatness. I usually get a breakfast sandwich from here and they’re cooked to perfection most times. So no complaints on that end. One of the most recent times I went I asked for a breakfast platter and instead of choosing a meat option( I’m vegetarian) I asked for an additional egg. They said the substitution was okay but charged me for the extra egg which I thought was interesting. The staff at the front desk is some times friendly and some times cold so I never know which one I will get. Today I went and although the lady was friendly she was looking down at her phone while I was giving my order and she gave me the wrong cheese cake. I asked for a slice of Oreo and she gave me a fruit cheesecake which was still delicious I just really wanted the Oreo. When she packed it I was still waiting for my order so I didn’t notice until I was back at my desk. Over all it’s very convenient and clean inside so I’d say try it out for yourself. They use real eggs which I appreciate and enjoy and their hashbrowns are always cooked...

Tldr: Food was lacking in presentation; it looked like something served at a crappy motel; but tasted fine. Atmosphere was downright depressing.

Okay actual review. Ordered the breakfast platter that comes with scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancaked, and bacon. The presentation was very lacking, it looked pretty crappy. I didnt take a picture because i was so disappointed. It tasted pretty good though, but the pancakes were pretty small. The person i was with ordered the caramel macchiato and said that it was pretty good. The atmosphere is the main reason for the 3 stars as it was downright depressing. The walls are black, and theres bad lighting. The sunlight wasnt streaming in too well. Also the tables were old, i suppose its like, the style, but instead of looking well worn or whatever it just looked like they got the tables from a dumpster. Tables that not even homeless people wanted. Also forgot to mention, the lady at the cashier said the platter was enough for two so me and my partner got it, but it wasnt. It was just a regular plate for one. This place has good potential, but they need to change their light bulbs, switch out the tables or paint them, and also buy better plates. (Because the plates were paper and the utensils were plastic, what the hell am i paying for? This aint...

Called to order an asiago bagel bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The lady told me they were out of the bagels. I asked if there were croissants and she said yes so I ordered the sandwich on croissant. Picked it up and got to doctor's office and discovered it was on white bread. When I called to let them know, the lady told me it wasn't her that took my order and asked me what I wanted. When I said a refund, she told me that I'd have to go back to get a refund. Took no responsibility for the mistake, didn't apologize and was defensive. Doesn't matter if she's not the one that took my order. Somebody there did. I went back and turns out I didn't have to physically be there. The guy was able to look up and cancel my order without my credit card. I love their food but the customer...
