I came to BBops tonight for dinner as I was busy today and forgot to set something out for supper. A few weeks ago I came in there and one of my items was messed up. I called and the manager said I can come get it replaced or he would write my name down. I was also told that they would replace #1 the whole meal for the inconvenience. The man I spoke to at the time apologized and was very pleasant. I went tonight and even though it is freezing outside I walked up to the window to explain my name was in a book so that they would understand rather than trying to explain this through the drive thru. I get up to the window and explain what happened and the girl at the window, Maggie yelled back for her manager. I planned to order food for myself as only 1 order was getting replaced and it was my boyfriend and I both eating. Maggie than said my name was in her book that was written down, the manager walked over to comp off the order and I was in the middle of my order she then sighs, rolls her eyes and walks over to the other computer, rings in the sandwich and comes over to the walk up window, slams the receipt down, no eye contact states the sandwich will be replaced and not a meal, not a big deal even though I was told previously that a meal would be replaced. What really upset me was the fact the manager did not apologize, rolled her eyes, walked away while I was still speaking and showed her employees that it is okay to be rude to customers. When you are in a customer service role, you need to know how to remain professional-especially in a manager role of any sort. I then stated that I appreciate the help but that the manager Skyler didn't need to be rude-she then walks back over and said she was not being rude her manager wrote down a sandwhich and that is it, she was replacing what her manager wrote in his own handwriting and that her name is SKYLA and not SKYLER. Great, awesome...well Skyla, I was told differently and when you have a person come to your establishment to get food fixed that was messed up by the establishment in the first place, you should probably be more pleasant and teach your employees how to be very understanding and helpful. If I owned a restaurant and saw one of my managers acting that way to a customer, whether it was a $4 sandwich or a $40 steak...no difference. This is someones food that was prepared incorrectly the 1st time so apologizing and making sure the customer leaves happy should be the only thing on your mind. I have worked in the service industry before for years and there are ways you do things and ways you don't and handling a compliant needs to be handled in a totally different manner. I will be sure to write another review to corporate. This time our service was great as far as Maggie, the sweet girl at the window. The food came out correctly and was very good. The review I am giving is for the management that was there today. If she acted that way to me...she has done it before and I am not one to just allow someone to be rude without speaking up. Skyla could use some tips from the sweet girl who helped me at the window on how to treat...
Read moreOrdered bacon cheese deluxe. Get all the way home to find no bacon at all. There's a big "B" in red marker on the container lid but apparently that's not enough for someone to think hey maybe I'd better put some bacon on this sandwich. So i called. I was asked could I come back right now to have that fixed. No, that's not convenient right now, I don't have time, which is why I was doing fast food in the first place. I was told they could put my name in a book & that whenever i did come back they'd replace the sandwich. Just be sure to bring my receipt. I said i didn't have a receipt, there's no receipt in the bag. Real quick looked at the return bills i got from my twenty & had just folded & stuck in my purse. No receipt there either. How long ago were you here she asks. About 10 minutes I say. She asks what my whole order was. I tell her, she says hang on, comes back shortly and tells me she found my order, HAS MY RECEIPT and if I'll just give my name she'll put it in the book for next time I come back. Just be sure to bring the sandwich back. Excuse me?? Well you don't have a receipt so you need to bring the sandwich back whenever you come. I see. You mess up my order, have my receipt, AND want the sandwich back. I said when i did come it would likely be the last time I go there. She pleasantly said that would be fine, have a nice evening, and hung up. So as I sit here, hungry still, I'm pondering which is the more appalling, their utter lack of any semblance of a customer service policy or the fact they apparently have no qualms about accepting my handing them back through the drive-thru window, this sandwich that's going to sit on my counter in its styrofoam container until I can get back there to return it next weekend. Sounds sanitary. Appetizing. When I eat Chinese I need to use a clean plate each trip to the buffet. Sanitary reasons you know? But B-Bops policy is to take back those sandwiches, into their possession "whenever you do next come back". They forgot to put bacon on my bacon sandwich. Here's to hoping they don't forget to THROW AWAY my sandwich in its container. It blends right...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru asked for the fish combo and requested my order be made FRESH ( sadly we live in a time quality is not a standard). I get my food the fries were hot, hard, and hollow. I ignored this and continued on my way, then I bit into the fish sandwich it was as hard as a brick. I took the items back and spoke to the manager just hoping to get them replaced. While speaking with the manager an employee imterjects saying " you requested well done" I responded no I did not I said fresh( who ask for fish to be cooked well done? Fish is the one thing that has to be prepared properly anyways). The manager then looks at me points to my eyes and then to hers when I asked her why she had done that she said because you were speaking to an employee🤔🤔🤔🤔 was your employye not just speaking directly to me? She said well what do you want your money back. That's not what I wanted but for sake of argument I just said yes so she gave me my money back but it was short. When I questioned her about it she said well you didn't give the drink back. At that point I'm thinking how petty, you aren't givinge gas for coming back up here are you I then went to my car got the drink and demanded my full refund at that point she refused to deal with me and had another employee handle the transaction. I ended up going to wendysW the food was good and the...
