Casey's — Restaurant in Des Moines

Just wanted to say I have been so disappointed with the Casey's of today.. Casey's pizza I almost gave up on, so many changes with like the sandwiches the original hot sausage Casey's did for years was over the top for me when removed, the donuts aren't like they were originally... I get donuts from another place , I am not a huge sweet eater but my hubby and kids love donuts and all that.. I love pizza I am a savory food lover and Casey's always had great pizza... Ugh HAD great pizza... Well tonight my kids wanted pizza, not going to lie here...been going to the OG of taco pizza for awhile now if you know you know.. but I decided to go to the E Euclid Store and give this place a chance to change my mind... We ordered the taco pizza with the thin crust and added the new loaded cheesy bread sticks.... The only thing I would change on those is give marinara sauce, this friggen pizza and the bread sticks were awesome!!!!! Almost brought tears to my eyes lol just kidding , but no really the two Caseys by my house aren't cutting it at all, I have stopped ordering altogether, these folks omg can't get it right... I know it's not Casey's per se, obviously the person making it, I as a former hairstylist know how a bad haircut can make the entire salon look, I get how the Brand itself is blamed and not the actual staff at times.. I know this is a long review and I get that's not kosher for some... I just really wanted to explain where I was at with Casey's and it's so cool to actually enjoy a Casey's pizza again, I don't know who made this awesomeness of a pizza but thanks so much and we will...

I use Casey's alot! This store was the dirtiest one I've been to so far. The female restroom was not cleaned thoroughly for awhile it looked like. Toilet was nasty inside & out! The paper towels were empty the sink counter was dirty. The baby changing table had 4 - 5 small bugs crawling around on it. Kinda redish in color, so maybe small fleas? Not sure at all though. The floor hasn't been cleaned good either. There were dead (i think)bugs on the floor around the floor boards & in corners. Then I went to get a pizza slice & they only had 2 pizzas in the warmer, but the warmer wasn't on. I think it was around 5:30 or 6:00 pm so idk what was going on there? They also didn't have any of their sandwiches or appetizers. I was disapointed...until I saw the pizza warmer & the counters & the donut case!! They were all dirty and disgusting!! Idk when they were cleaned last? I don't think I will visit this store again, unless its to check & see if they have improved in the cleaning department. The young employee at the cash register was very friendly and pleasant though. I realize this is a busy location, so they may not have had a chance to clean it or somebody may have called in sick or some other explainable issue, so I will check back again...

rude employees, Denied refund didn’t get it until next day. blonde girl cashier, i believe she was new as she mentioned. trying to argue with me the fact she didn’t know how to do a refund and how she didn’t just tell us we had to wait 10-20 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to be ready. STORMED OFF outside! went off because she had mentioned she was alone but there was a gentleman named kirk willing to help us. voided the breadsticks, but we opened the pizza and right off the bat we weren’t very happy. decided it’s ok, cook is new as the lady had mentioned. took a bite, chips were stale, dough tasted and looked like it had been out for at least two days. they asked if i could please avoid calling the manager, believe her name is treasure. overall this place needs shut down, rude, unprofessional and UNSANITARY! i took the pizza back and the assistant manager, didn’t get her name working saturday morning 08/30. didn’t speak a word to me, she is the only reason i got my money back but still handled it very...
