I have gone to this location for over a year. Never had many issues. Since the new manager took over it has been nothing but chaos. Wrong orders, rude staff and lack of health code tolerance. This morning was the worst. Pulled up to order. Waited 4 minutes to be waited on (no one else inside or in drive) only to be greeted with laughter and goofing off. Then when giving order the woman was very short. We asked to make sure order was done properly since my diabetic mother can only drink equal and not actually sugar and the woman talked to us as if we were ignorant. She proceeded to shut the window in our face as we were asking for the manager the first time. Asked for the manager a second time and the woman snidely asked for her presence at the window. The employee wouldn’t even give us a chance to even explain the situation before she cried they were just joking amoungst themselves. I unfortunately had to pull around and go back in for a straw only to listen to them still having nothing but negative things to say and downgrading my mother and myself. I called to ask why they find it acceptable to act such a way and who I may contact above the store manager and was told employees can have fun at work and that they are a franchise so I can’t have the district number. I told them I will be contacting someone in BBB and they manager told me I’m not longer welcome to that location and I need to never call the store again.

Read moreSeriously so done with this place. We live super close so we were going here a lot. 2-3x a week. I understand being short-staffed, but this place is just awful. We joke about how badly they’re going to screw our order up before we even leave. I always order ahead of time in the app, get up there, wait in line a minimum of 25 minutes, just to finally get up the the window and NEVER get what we ordered. I believe we’ve gotten a full, correct order once in the past year. It used to be that I’d just tell them and they’d fix it, but now they’ve gotten extremely rude and defensive when you tell them. Last week they got my order wrong, all 4 things, I told them at the window, they told me to pull up and I did, then she brought out another wrong order. I went inside and told them it was still wrong, and they argued over whose fault it was and over who had to remake it right in front of me. Took a good 40 minutes just to get what we wanted. Happens WAY too often. I’ve emailed corporate about it and get the generic “we strive to provide you with good service, here’s a $5 coupon” message. Read moreDonuts are not stocked up through the day. I have gone there in the late morning and the majority of the donuts are not available. The customer service is usually good, the most recent visit, was national donut day. The store was a mess, there was a customer in the drive-through and I could not tell if the teen was a customer or a friend of an employee. When we walked in the door, on the left of the entrance was an employee chatting with a friend. There was not an employee at the counter for a couple of minutes. There was parchment paper was dangling from the donut display, scatter sheets on empty slots and couple on the register counter with powder sugar. There was not much of a selection available as usual, even though it was NATIONAL DONUT DAY. After a couple of minutes, a employee came from the back to serve.
