THE BEST TASTING FOOD! I’m grateful that they are right here in Iowa. They know how to make those plantains not all nasty smushy and slimy. But perfect ripeness, crispy fried! The oxtails are eyes rolling in the back good and so tender and so flavorful. Like I could use the bone to flavor other meals good 🤤🤤🤤. The paella 🥘 was fire and so flavorful without being salty or soggy. Plenty of seafood surprises inside. I had two large glasses of fresh delicious mango juice. I want to go back right now! The menu has a great selection of Cuban cuisine and drinks. They even have Malta, my favorite. I wish they offered larger sizes though, as I had to order two to satisfy my thirst. They also have good "batidos" (shakes). I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was excellent. My wife ordered congrí, a Cuban version of rice and beans mixed. The price was high, but it was definitely worth it. We will definitely return to this place...
