My fiancĆ© and I will NOT be returning to this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We tried to buy an item off the shelf from the home decorative department. A decorated frame with a quote to hang on the wall. Before we went up to the register we scanned the item at the self-price checking machine in the aisle. The machine read it just fine and told us the price. We arrived at checkout and the cashier said, "We can't sell you this item because it's no longer in the system and it was recalled." We asked for a manager and the female manager told us the same thing- confiscated the item - apologized ONCE - then responded with, "..there's nothing I can do about it." Then she walked away with the item. This was very upsetting because she didn't do anything to help the situation or give back some form of compensation. We then called the corporate number-explained the situation- and we got the same RESPONSE! š¤ the representative on the phone was apologetic but again - no compensation - NO RESOLUTION! š² she just ended the conversation with, "We appreciate your feedback." The lady in the checkout lane "Sharon" was the rudest employee I've ever incoutered. She told me I needed to come around. Which is fine. I advised her I've since coming to this store always went I. The lane I was in. Shw wanted to argue with me that I'm wrong & then treated me as if I was. Criminial. Why do targets support shipt shopper if they are going to treat the shipt shoppers badly. This cashier and the one I deal with alot in Ankey are awful. Please do better for your shipt shoppers Target. Put up signs where you would like them to go. It's very frustrating when the cashiers act like I should already know these things. Every single gle store is different and every store has a different designated area. I submitted photos online, got confirmation email that they should be ready in 2 hours, but never got a "ready" message. Called the next day and they said the kiosk was down, maybe for days. Then a half-day later I got an email saying the order was ready to print and gave instructions of what to do at the kiosk. I made a special trip there within less than a half-hour of the email. Kiosk has an "out of order" sign on it. Employee at guest services said "honestly the kiosk is not very good - down much of the time". Couldn't explain why I got an email notice to come in to print the photos. Suggested I call corporate customer service -- as if that would do any good. Just going to make sure I never try to print photos at this Target again... and it soured me on the...
