Really..REALLY good food. I'm not a big pickle fan, but the pickles here are insane. Would more than gladly give 5 stars if I hadn't been employed here and discovered what that is like. Employees who should be training you if you're new a very cold and distant, most of my shifts were just me quietly working by myself. If id ask a question about the job I would either get no response or one I could hardly understand and need it repeated. I'm not sure what I did to those who wouldn't respect me..but I swear on my life I was as polite as one could be. Id say thank you ever time I should've, no response. If I was leaving I always said have a good night, nothing. I understand needing to get to know a new employee, but there still needs to be some kind of professional environment for new people to feel comfortable in. Heck...I tried to bring my concerns to the area manager named Bill..explaining I was being treated a little odd..it kinda made me not want to close with those being so cold to me...his response. "Than don't come back, we'll move on sorry it didn't work out." Am I crazy...or was a terminated because of being mistreated and it upset me? Regardless..its a very unprofessional work environment. I do plan to still go back to eat there, seeing as I like the food. But if I am treated poorly even as a customer, I will take further action against this location. Read moreUnfortunately looking at past reviews certainly hasn’t done anything to improve nor has the ‘manager’ (if they have one) spoken to anyone about lack of accountability or listening….i stopped in today on my lunch for a sandwich, the #44, (buffalo chicken) and I sat and sat and sat in the drive thru…now mind you, I was the ONLY car in the drive thru. I ordered the #44 with no tomatoes and no blue cheese dressing. I waited at the window and the young lady opened the window and told me they were having a problem with the grill that it would be approximately 3 more minutes which is fine, I have ZERO problems waiting for food when it’s fresh and it’s made correctly. Herein is where the problem lies. I pulled over in the driveway to eat and it wasn’t my sandwich I ordered AT ALL. So, I go inside and explain it wasn’t my sandwich to which they promptly made another one for me BUT after getting back to my car again, it wasn’t made right either. No franks red hot sauce. I wasn’t about to go back in for a 3rd time. I ate it and learned my lesson. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to follow directions nowadays. If you’re gonna run a business, employees need trained. Read moreWe use a delivery app to get food from here often, it’s always great quality. I realize that delivery services can’t open your bag to see if it’s right but today I ordered my delivery and it was the completely wrong sandwich… I would’ve eaten it, but it had a few items on it that I just can’t stomach. I called the restaurant to let them know even though I know they can’t do anything since I went through a delivery service. The female answering the phone (manager?) was super nice about it and she knew which sandwiches got switched right away. I had to re-order on the delivery app, but she offered to personally bag my sandwich. She upgraded the sandwich size and tossed in a few coupons when she saw my order come through. This was really nice because even though the delivery service refunded my messed up sandwich, I had to re pay the delivery fee and the tip all over again to replace my order....
