You know , there are few places where customer service is held as a high value. Both of these businesses do . “Nice” is hardly an adequate word. I remember a time when a person’s word was their bond and human values like trustworthiness were usual not special. The folks at these businesses are clearly “old school” . The guy that wrote that scathing review like “ a liquor store with crappy groceries “ is clearly either talking about somewhere else, a person with no joy in his life or a mean-spirited a-hole . I guess the latter. Fella, did your Talleywacker grow another 1/16 of an inch? I know everyone’s entitled to their own opinion but although I am approaching 65, I remember what my mother said ,” if you don’t have something nice to say -ZIP IT!” At least offer criticisms that are edifying, that inspire growth or change.
