If we could give 0 stars, we would. We just ordered 2 meals in the drive thru. Today is Thursday, October 17th and we were there at 5:30pm. Both meals come with 2 sides. We ordered corn and fries for both sides for both meals. When we got the food I checked both boxes and they were both missing the fries. When we told them that both boxes were missing fries the young gal brought us a side of fries but not the 2nd side of fries. When we asked about it she said this is what you get. We asked for the manager to see what was going on. The "manager" said that she personally put fries in both boxes and that we were just trying to get free food! My spouse asked if she wanted to see the boxes and she said yes I do so we passed the bag of food back to the window. She opened the boxes at the windows and there were no fries in either box like we had said. She turned around (assuming to get fries) and my spouse said to her I would like an apology. No apology was given. She never even came back to the window. She made the young lady give us back our dinner. How in the world is this person a "manager" is beyond me. Working in restaurant management myself for 10 years and 25 years total in some capacity, this is unacceptable in every aspect. She accused us of wanting free food. She was wrong and could not even apologize. We also are about 90% sure the manager was not wearing gloves when she opened our boxes. I would hope this isnt the standard set for customer service in the restaurant. We do understand that not every shift can be perfect. However that does not excuse the way the manager acted. It seems as if she needs a lot more training or to be in a different position other than management. All in all, this is hands down the worst customer experience we have ever...
Read moreThe store was very busy when we arrived at 1:30pm on Saturday, 9/28. The cashier was super friendly and clarified our order before collecting. The dining room was crowded. There was a jam of people backed up around the entrance and order counter as people were trying to self fill their "frost mugs" with root beer. (The novelty of frosty mugs is fun but they create way too much foam in the glass, so a conjested line creates a traffic jam in the area while people stand around waiting doe bubbles to pop) Tables were not wiped down and condiment area was out of ketchup and tartar sauce. I waited at the counter to let them know and was told "yeah, we know" and was given a handful of packets. The young lady delivering trays to the dining room was also eating food (that I hope was just on the counter and not from customer orders). Our order (for 3 people) was all plated together, instead of how it was ordered, and was in correct when brought to the table so we had to sort it apart ourselves after it was corrected. The food was cooked well and hot, but the cleanliness left much...
Read moreI was here around 8:30 pm. The inside isn't open for dining in right now. Idk if its because of covid issues or what? So I went to drive up lane and it took about 15 minutes to order my food and get up to the window, pay & pick up my order. I told them at the window I needed tarter and shrimp sauce for my food. I left drive up and pulled into a parking spot to eat, and they hadn't put any sauces in my bag! I couldn't get in the doors because they were locked so I had to wait 15 more minutes in the drive up lane just to get my dang sauces! By the time I parked again to eat, my food had gotten cold! So I had to eat cold soggy food for $15. I wasn't happy when I left. It seems like I always have an issue with one thing or another! It was much better than the last time I was here. I went in during the day, about noon. The service was good and the food was hot & fresh. The dining area was clean. It was $30 for 2 of us to eat, and that seems like alot to me. I guess everything is over...
