Update at bottom !So my wife an I ordered tonight online to pickup our order, first off order said 16-21 min so my wife arrived 30 min to allow time. She waited their an additional 18 min on top of the 30 we waited before we left since we live close. Wife makes it home an the food was cold, missing items, and the worse part cross contamination of ingredients on each others meals, my daughter had Mac an cheese which had 4 different noddles an parr’s if broccoli and onions some how. My sons was stone cold the meatballs weren’t even warm. I was missing items to boot. My wife’s meal had vegetables that shouldn’t be in it as well as mine and some were on noticeable. We did custom took things out an added in items which is aloud online but that wasn’t even paid attention to. I call an they said they would remake everything so I come down wait an additional 25 min and guess what...... still messed up the order and cross ingredients again!!! The lady that was seemed to be in charge was trying said well call us tomorrow. She was trying to calm her 2 people working an kept asking where their other worker was an one gal in the back cooking kept saying she was going to walk out!!! The worst $45 dollars spent an this place has gone down hill not to mention the one girl working in back no mask on and the young kid working the expo was not paying attention to anything I used to be in food business as a caterer and a chef in restaurants I wanted to hop in but man terrible I will be calling for sure!
Update: The manager I takes to was same from last night I understood her situation she was in and I got it! She invited us back for a meal for the family and said they would have my name written down you know how that goes, well they did an I ordered our food no issues an the lady that was their tonight managing was a boss and knew how to manage an run a crew! I only give 4 out of 5 for the having to redo food twice but the environment was better tonight and for the fact as the kids working in back had mask under chin instead of wearing it over their...
Read moreFirst time eating here for me. I had been getting the kids mac and cheese here for a long time. But thought I'd give it a try finally. Had the Japanese noodles with beef. Asked them to leave the cilantro out. The girl at the register touted being able to personilze the dish as there are lots of vegetables in it. Was a break down in the kitchen bc I know she made note to exclude cilantro. When u don't want a certain thing in your food and it's mixed throughout, it really changes it. Didn't notice that they had made this error until we were long gone to the park by our house to have our picnic. The dish was ok. The beef they use doesn't seem to justify the $10 asking price. Largely chewy and without succulance. The sauce and overall flavor was average. The staff was kind and helpful given I hadnt eaten there before they helped me make a selection. The sink in the men's restroom was not functioning. They did have a sign noting an aplogy for it not being operational and that they had hand sanitizer at the front. I wonder how long this has been an acceptable circumstance for them given the climate of being cautious about covid. The manager could have had a plumber in there long before it had to be open for hours. And I doubt it was the first day of this issue. The sink was full of really gross and stagnating water and had I seen this before I ordered we would have gone somewhere else if not just for the principle of it. As a curiosity I am going to stop by in a couple days and see if they have fixed it. If they haven't I will most definitely never be back. Makes you wonder about the managerial and corporate climate there. Without the sink issue 3 out of 5 stars. With the issue...
Read moreI've always had excellent customer service and the food has always been great. Sam is a model employee and should be highly awarded for her professionalism and dedication. Great location! Update: Over the last couple of years I've been going here I've noticed a few things and that is the price for my meal which I always get the same thing has gone up nearly $2 dollars and the last two times I went there, I noticed or thought the bowls were smaller and had about 1/3 of the food I would normally get. (I didn't think much of it the first time, but this time, I actually inquired about the size of my bowl at the front counter. I asked, if this bowl was the normal full size bowl and the person behind the counter looked at it and said, no, this was the small bowl, but they put the food in it on accident as it was a new employee (she said). I then asked, I was curious as I had about half the food I would normally get in a regular size. She offered to make me another one or a cookie but I had to get back to work so I didn't have time wait. I politely declined expecting maybe a refund or something, but wasn't getting that, so I just left. Note to everyone, be aware that if you order the full size meal look or ask to make sure the bowl is actually the full size bowl or has the right amount of food. I paid $12.72 for a meal fit for a 5 year old. I do love their food don't get me wrong, but the prices going up AND they try to pull this stuff is pretty cheesy......
