I'm obsessed with it Flavors, this might be my favorite location yet! This Fit Flavors has a a smoothie bar, so while you're picking out healthy meals for the week, why not treat yourself with a healthy smoothie at the same time?

I picked up a basket to make it easy to hold all my meals. The refrigerators are well-labeled and bright enough to see each option. I love that the signs for each meal include pictures or the final product + let me know if they are NEW. I grabbed 5 meals for lunch. Each meal takes less than 2 minutes to heat.

Bonus points: during my visit, they had samples of their new cinnamon roll blondie.

There are a few business cards at the checkout. I started seeing their recommended dietician Mindy- she also had a coupon code for 10% off, so that's like one free...

I stopped in after having this business pop up in my feed on Facebook. It caught my attention immediately. I’m currently doing my research and consuming all the info that I can get my eyes n ears on. I was able to stop in at Des Peres store before I went back to work. I was given a warm welcome by Jackie and she answered so many questions and gave me some excellent food for thought. I am really excited to have a Fit Flavors close to home. I have been going to Fit Flavors for a couple of years now, but until now I haven't had a location that was this convenient to me. I also love that this Des Peres location has a smoothie bar. It is so great to have a healthy option available to grab a quick meal on the go or to stock up the refrigerator for our busy weeknights.
