Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in DeSoto

If I could give negative stars I would. I was visiting DeSoto and after settling into my room I decided to order a few pizzas. Roughly 45 minutes after placing my order I received a call from the delivery driver who was extremely rude, I was thinking he was downstairs in the lobby but he wasn't. He said he hadn't left the restaurant yet because it said I was paying cash, so I informed him that yes thats correct. He then says he's on the way and hung up without saying bye or anything. A few minutes later me and my children went downstairs so that we would be waiting when he arrived. When he arrived I asked how much it was and this rude dude said he don't know because he didn't look at how much it costs AND SHOVED THE RECEIPT AT ME.. I took the receipt then handed him two twenty dollar bills, he didn't have change. Then he had the audacity to tell me he didn't know I needed change. He was also criticizing what my kids were wearing and telling me it's too cold for them to be dressed like that.. it was 11pm and we're in a hotel, don't worry about what my children are wearing. So then he attempted to give me the $2 he had in his wallet, umm no my food came out to be $21 and some change, he was NOT getting a $16 tip from me, no way, no how acting like that. I was asking him if I could do debit, he was still fussing about me paying cash and he didn't know and just being rude, so I politely took my money back and handed him the pizzas and walked upstairs. I tried to call Dominos like 5 or 6 times that night and no answer. The next day I called Dominos and spoke with a manager, and he was rude too. He acted like he didn't care, and said a few little slick remarks but I let it slide. Anyways, this Dominos has very poor customer service and if I'm ever in the DeSoto area again I will not...

Placed an order for 2 pizzas online. Wait wasn’t long according to the estimated time. Prep and cooking was on decent time (about 10-15 min). Right before the top of the hour, it was said that the delivery driver was on the way. 30 minutes passed, the app and when I called, said that my order had already been delivered, (which was false). At that time, I called the store directly. To where I was put on hold numerous times and had to call back twice before I was able to speak to someone. By this time it had already been 50 minutes since the driver had “left” with our food, and 20 minutes since it said it was delivered. Someone was able to get ahold of the driver who “coincidently” now happened to be less than 5 minutes away. Once the driver got to my residence, I proceeded to pay with cash, 2 20’s for a total of under $23. The driver than told me that he did not have change, just 7 dollars. And that he would give me the 7 and keep 10 for himself for tip. Which left me mind blown. Almost an hour for delivery, and then you try to take 10 for yourself. Did not ask, just flat out said here’s 7, I’m going to keep 10 for myself. I told him no, that I’d be willing to give 5 (which was being generous at this point) to which he declined. I ended up finding 3 dollars to pay the full total but wasn’t able to give a tip because of him not having change. But it was just a complete disappointment of an experience with them, and I will not be using that location...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT, THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This dominoes has the worst batch of humans!!

Omg my frustration with this location!!! They will allow you to go through the entire purchase process of a pizza. Wait 45 damns then cancel it randomly without warning! I have been waiting to speak with someone for over 18 minutes. I’m even calling from two devices and no surprise randomly on both phones they cleared the phone line by answering both quickly and hanging up! I can’t wait to reach corporate!!!!!!

Worst establishment in Desoto! I order 1 just 1 pizza exactly 7:13 on a Wednesday and at exactly 8:31 I realised my pizza has not yet arrived! I call dominoes and a Paul answers and is beyond disrespectful! From time to information then I ask to speak with the manager, the manager Demarcus claims it takes 3 hours (I REPEAT 3 HOURS) per delivery. My only question was why not express that online to the customers , I would have never placed my order. Rudely he states it does, with out a question it did not! I stated I will come to pick up my pizza and sought out some type of discount if not full refund he said Nope with a slight chuckle.
