So, I have been stopping at this same sonic every Friday for the past 6 months for my lunch break throughout my Friday routes. Well my past 3 stops here service has been getting worse and worse. The only reason I have continued to stop there is due to the great service I have gotten from the girl that brings the orders to the car. So I donât want this to seem like everyone there is terrible with customer service. However for the past three weeks there has been issues in just even trying to place an order, whether it be, substituting tots for fries; or the people taking orders knowing what comes in the item being ordered, I have witnessed the in ability to get organized within the establishment. Let alone we wonât get into the unprofessional vocabulary used in speaking. So today was the last time I will go back, as I went by today just to grab a drink, I pulled into a booth and pressed the button to place an order and started to wait. After a while I noticed that 5 different cars had pulled in after I pushed the button and they were all serviced before anybody ever acknowledged the booth I was in. As I watch the 3rd car in that group pull off with their order I felt it was safe to say that I would not be getting any service from them today. So I just left with a cup of disappointment yet again.
Now I will say who ever the young skinny girl is that works Fridays mid day, may be just out of high school age. She has always been good with customer service and been the main reason I would go back.
Just sad that customer service seems to not be high priority with most establishments theses days. As I am not a customer that wants products as an apology and would only accept better service.
Also it should be fairly simple for the location to know who I am seeing as my bright blue pool service truck stands out...
   Read moreEven one star is generous.This location is poorly managed. I arrive at the stall but decided to place an order through the app to take advantage of some of the deals. Once I ordered, paid and checked in, wait time was approximately 6 minutes. Great. I ordered two drinks and a shake. After ten minutes, I realize Iâm no longer âchecked inâ at the stall. At 15 minutes, two cars in the stall next to me have come and gone with their orders. At 20 minutes, I push the button to inquire about my order. The guy sounds super distracted and doesnât let me finish my sentence. He asks for the name on the order and then silence. Seconds later I hear the same guy taking the order of now the third car in the stall next to me. I wait another 10 minutes, so now a total of 30 minutes, the call button is still âactivatedâ but no one has said anything or approached me. I ended up leaving, being charged for an order I never received. I get if you are short-staffed, or if the online system is down, but there was no sign, and no one mentioned that.    Read moreThis Sonic is super slow with your orders, the waiters do not know who's food belong to what car, and they always get your order wrong! Waiting 45 minutes for a coney and chili fries is a bit ridiculous. The manager argued with me over a burger that I ordered because I said no onions, he told me it does not come with onions, I told him the picture shows onions on it. He said it did not come with onions again, got the order and yep, it had onions on it. He had to make another burger, he brought it to the car, and I showed him the picture with the onions, he apologized but if he had just punched no onions when taking my order I would not have had to sit another 20 minutes waiting for the correct burger. Another instance I ordered onion rings, the young lady that brought them to me did not know how to control her skates, she dropped all but 3 onion rings on the ground, skated away and didn't say anything.
