Wednesday night we went in and got three foot long sandwhiches to-go with only one other customer, one sub behind us, in the store. When we were leaving we thought they had mixed up one of our subs and asked them to double check they said no they knew it was the right one. We got home and we had been given the wrong sub. They tried to give us the cold sub the other lady had brought back when we came back to the store and seemed like they didn’t care like it was our fault. I’m from out of town so it was an inconvenience can’t say I’ll be back anyway haha oh and my family just told me they said “were you the people calling? The professional but gentle caring she showed was the best. She made sure she met their expectations. You don’t find that with all Subways. She made our food with love. You could tell she came to serve with her heart. To her this isn’t just a job it’s a career. She definitely deserves a raise. The staff? Completely checked out—unfriendly, unmotivated, and clearly too lazy or incompetent to stock or prep the most essential items. This isn’t a one-off mistake. It’s a sign of a broken operation. Either the franchise owner is driving this place into the ground or they’ve handed the reins to people who simply don’t care.
