Worst Papa John's experience! Upon arrival there were 2 female customers who were complaining about the wait time and about the people preparing the food not wearing gloves. Another lady customer walked in who was apparently already waiting for her order in her car. None of the employees were in a rush to attend to her and she had to get their attention and she acquired about her order and they told her it would be another 6 minutes. She proceeded to say "you already had told me that the pizza would be ready 6 minutes ago". I thought to myself, oh great this is what I have to look forwards to. Needless to say I asked about my order because according to the app "it was ready". they said that they were still preparing it, 10 minutes later I asked and they said it was coming out the oven. Another 10-15 minutes passed and I patiently waited and asked and the delivery guy went around back and coversed with another younger gentleman and must have expressed to him that I had been waiting for a long time because about 5 minutes later I received a pizza. I should have checked it! something told me I should have checked it then and there but due to my frustration and impatience I just went straight home. I got home, opened up the pizza (it was one of the shackroni pizzas but unfortunately they had added onions. So apparently I had someone else's order and I remember overhearing the driver who was helping at the register Say something to the effect of "oh I think I gave her the wrong pizza" referring to the lady who was patiently waiting twice as long as she was told. I have nothing against hiring young employees I was a young employee we all were at 1 time but unfortunately it seems that there were clearly no responsible people there that were concerned enough about the customer's wait times everybody was just kind of walking around and working nonchalantly. I even overheard them talk to each other in a derogatory manner and even used some 4 letter words that I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would actually give this place 0 stars. The customer service is horrible. I ordered for carryout at 6pm and was told it would be about 40-50 until ready. I was already out and showed up at 6:30, so I decided to go in to let them know I was there. As I walked in, one employee was walking out, and I looked down and noticed he didn't have on proper shoes... he had on shoes (open toe). There were already 2 customers standing to the side waiting on their order. I stood at the counter waiting to be greeted, but 2 other employees were in the back laughing and joking and using profanity... they were very loud. As they were talking only one of them was making pizza and the other was just standing there. Finally, one seen me standing there and came over. I was told that it would be another 35-40 minutes before it would be ready even though I was told between 6:40-6:50. I would not have minded waiting an extra 20 minutes since I did show up early, but to be told 35-40 minutes on top of that was unacceptable. Then I noticed no one was wearing gloves, one employee had their mask down below the nose, and the employee that went outside came back in and immediately started working on preparing a pizza without washing his hands after being outside....disgusting š¤¢. I will never eat at this location again. This is not my first time experiencing bad customer service at this location, but after experiencing what I witnessed last night, that is absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell this is the last official time to order from Papa John's Pizza ever. I was reluctant because during the election their was rumor that they were upset over healthcare and would increase their cost per slice or something to that effect. But we broke down and ordered because our senior high school student was hungry for pizza and they were just down the street. So we ordered and we weren't too put off that the order taker seemed to have difficulty asking for the credit card number. Delivery was average and went smooth. But then came the horror- the pizza was hot and nasty. It was awful! We had ordered meat lovers pizza a dozen times in the past and it pretty good. Not better than my favorite, Mr. Jims but edible where most of it was eaten before going into the trash. But this one, this post-election one, awful. It's like maybe it has substitutions for the real stuff you had before. I had one slice and forced myself to finish it and same with my husband and son. We WON'T be going back to order from them. That ceo guy or whoever it is has screwed himself out a customer or customers. It could be horse meat who knows just to get back at his pennies he thinks he lost. These people must remember that they need us to stay in...
