If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!! Please avoid this donut shop! There is a better one with on Parkerville and Hampton with better Prices, better donuts and better customer service! I went to the place to get a dozen donuts and 3 sausage rolls. The whole order was $17 dollars! I spend that much at the place on Parkerville. Then something BLACK was on my sausage roll and the meat looked old! I asked her for a fresh one, she said they were all the same! Clearly I can see you’ve given me a sausage roll from the 6am batch, so I wanted a fresh one! She didn’t want to give me a fresh one until I pointed out the black spot on the bread. She then SNATCHED!!! SNATCHED the sausage roll out of my hand and bagged another one! I will NEVER…..EVER visit this donut shop AGAIN!! There are more cheaper and better donuts with better business owners than this place! Perhaps she was embarrassed when I pointed out the black spot on my food with people in the store, but if I’M BUYING….I WANT QUALITY...

I went to this donut shop with my husband yesterday around lunch time because I was having pregnancy cravings. The lady there was as sweet and as friendly as can be. Donuts were fresh, very tasty, and very reasonably priced. Easy 5 stars.

I don’t get all these negative reviews of “cold” sausage rolls. Tell me where you can get “fresh” and “warm” sausage rolls that were made on the spot. Even if they were made 30 mins ago, it’ll be cold before you know it! They even have a microwave (on the left when you walk in) for customers to use. If you want your sausage rolls warm, reheat them in the microwave that was provided! It’s bad in this day and time people are trying to get over on you. My son wanted donuts this morning. We stop to get one apple frittata. The lady told him he had to buy 2 or more to purchase the apple frittata. So he did. I called the store to talk to them about it. The first time the lady hung up on me. The second time I called, she pretended she didn’t understand me and then hung up. Just because it’s a high school student does not mean you get...
