This place was okay, fries, coleslaw but the fish was just decent. Unlike my Captain D's in Fort Valley which was great this was sub-par. My elders always told me fish isn't supposed to taste fishy...if you know what I mean. In other words, my catfish I got from this place was not fresh enough for my tastebuds. I love the location in Eastern Market but I tried to start going to this one because it’s closer and.. I’ll make the drive. My fiance' and I decided on Mr. Al's after finding out Mr. Seas was closed. We bought a whole White Bass fish, and asked for it to be filet fish The guy who prepared the fish cut it in half and fried it. I could not believe it. So we had two pieces out of a whole fish with plenty of bones. However the seasoning on the fish and hush puppies were good. But I will definitely not go back they did a poor job...
