Rib was spectacular an tender the chicken was perfectly cooked. My intention was not to get any sides meat only, so the lady offer me 2 free sides an cornbread. When I got home all the way to Harperwoods I ate my food. I was so disappointed that I didn't get any sides the Mac an cheese was so good an the greens was very good I wanted more cornbread. More of everything. The BBQ sauce had me licking my fingers. So after eating getting full an satisfied I went to sleep only to wake up at midnight an eat more ribs. Only mad at my self that I didn't get any sides but only because I didn't know how good it would be. So after being totally satisfied with everything I decided in the afternoon I'm gonna drive west to get more but to my disappointment they was close I was hurt because I wanted those sides an I wanted to tell the lady thank you an I love the Mac an cheese, greens an cornbread. A custom was returning to get more cake which the last slice. Another customer in the lobby said everything was good an this is the only place she get bbq from. I should have taken her word. The first time I ordered here was with Uber Eats, and my food was awesome! I fell in love with their potato salad! I even called to compliment the cook on it! But they aren't cheap, so I hadn't ordered in awhile. I finally ordered here again today. I specifically wanted the potato salad with my meal, and was looking forward to it! My food arrived cold, and it had to be reheated! On top of that, I didn't get my potato salad! Instead, they gave me coleslaw, and I absolutely HATE coleslaw! Insult to injury, all the liquid from the WATERY COLESLAW had spilled all over the bag, and I had to take it to the kitchen sink to retrieve the dripping contents! I can't believe my poor customer experience, for how much the food costs! I had such an unpleasant experience that I will never order here again. The food is good, however the last couple times I went I didn't get the sides I ask for. I ordered the $5.99 lunch special sides should have been greens and Mac n cheese, got home had two Mac and cheese no greens.

Second trip i chose that spot for my birthday meal I paid full price of $14.00 for the same thing I would get in the $5.99 special (exception the sides are larger) i was discouraged at my rib (portion size this set was not meaty nor did I get the bone count that I was quoted for that price.) as well the greens and the cornbread that I was served I shouldn't have been, cornbread It was a cornered edged slither that had fried to cracker status then served.
