Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Detroit

I went to this Captain Jays on Greenfield & Fenkell I ordered 3 chicken dinner dinners & 4 wings my total came up to $26.65 so I gave the cashier $7.65 in cash and the rest I said put on my card but I guess that was difficult for them to do because they charged my card fifteen dollars instead of nineteen dollars so I guess the manager needed 4.00 dollars due to there mistake. So I got my order already pissed off got back to work and the whole order is mess up. I called back to Captain Jays to let them know that my order was not right because I only received 3 wings instead of 4 could they remake my order because by the time I go all the way back up there and return back to work my food would be cold. So as I am leaving work to go back up there I get call back stating that they can't remake my order the only thing they could do is give me the wing that I did not receive. I said to the cashier I asked for lemon pepper on my food which there was no lemon pepper on my chicken period and by the time I come all the way back up there y food would be cold due to there mistake. All she can say was I am sorry so I said you can keep that one wing gas is higher than me coming all the way back up there. So I decided to go to the captain Jays on Wyoming & 6 mile to get some lemon pepper so my food would not be cold so guess what I had to come out of my pocket again $ 2.00 dollars for some freaking lemon pepper. I decided to call back to the captain Jays on Greenfield & fenkell and told the cashier that I wanted my money back even though it was only $.79 cents I want all mines. This is the very reason we have to go outside our own city to get food because of stuff like this. They don't care it's all about the money. One...

At night 9:30 pm. The young ladies didn't really want to take my order at the drive through. Never said they were close then I said it's not time for you to close another girl came to speaker can I take your order then I didn't hear anything after that. I kept saying hello hello finally they took my order I drove around I paid them $29 because he said my order was $28.06 the girl just walked away and didn't give me my change at to make a long story short I had to call the police that night to try to get my money back they gave me a receipt less than the amount. So they kept arguing with me and saying you're not godlike and laughing at me at the window so I called the police and they also lied to the police about the amount. I do believe they're stealing money. And I will find out who owns that franchise and I will talk. Just be careful and get your receipt and your change back...

Terrible. I will never in life support this location. Customer service was horrible. They dont take Bridge Cards (only at this location)?! My meal total was roughly $50. I had the cash on hand so, I went ahead and paid for the food. The girl at the window had an attitude because I asked why they didn't take the Bridge Card like every other location I've been to. Then, my meal had no condiments at all. I ordered chicken, fries and shrimp. There wasnt any ketchup, cocktail sauce or napkins in the bag. Then, I asked where are the condiments and napkins and she says, "Oh, you have to ask for that"! I politely gave her all the food back and demanded a refund immediately.
