Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Detroit

Walked up to restaurant didn’t check food before I left. When I got home had 10 pieces of catfish only four pieces was good the other six was not fresh all of the meat was cooked from the inside hard and old. I called back spoke to manager they said they would replace could not walk back that night had to cook dinner after spending 30. Walked back the next day after complaining in a nice way saying I could only eat four pieces. I went 2 order me & my brother some food. When I walked in it had a dog/cat smell & the appearance of the inside is bad. It took them awhile 2 take my order even tho I was the ONLY ONE in THERE!! For as long as it took them to give me the order and the price of it I feel like NOTHING should've been missing but it was & I only ordered 2meals😡😒😤😤. I didn't find out until after I drove home so I wasn't about 2 go back up there &waste more of my time &gas on them & the food that I had was bland so I didn't eat it. Customer Service at this particular location is Horrible. I placed a order over the phone ticket number 75 8 pc with ocra and when I came to pick it up they hadn't even dropped my order. As I'm waiting for my order I observed staff cussing loudly in front of my children, the lady on drive thru was taking orders while on her cellular device talking. After 17 minutes I just left I was disgusted at the way that place is being ran. They really need Customer Service Training because the service I received was Horrible and I'm sure others have...
