To the owners and cooks, STOP SELLING OLD FOOD!!! Egg rolls should be made fresh daily!!! Crab Ragoons should be made fresh daily! Rice, make fresh daily!!! Gravy is not supposed to taste like flour! I had to eat my almond boneless chicken with the sweet and sour sauce 😭 My husband’s egg roll was spoiled, our rice was gummy, the crab ragoons was not made with cream cheese and not a pinch of crab meat!!! I’m so sad because we drove from downtown Detroit and there is no going back once you’ve already made it home! If you guys are tired, we completely understand changing your hours so that we can continue to buy good food, but not if it’s going to be suppar or bare minimum effort!!! Prices are inflated everywhere, so let’s make it worth it Chan’s!!! Again, I’m so sad, because the distance and the anticipation alone has me praying away any sickness! Today was the first time my husband and I have been here so I called in our order during the order process the lady read the order back to my wrong I few time and I correct her. My husband picked up the oder and half of it was wrong. I called back up here and told the lady that half ofy order was wrong she starts over talking me (rude) reading back the order. I order general tso chicken and seseme chicken last time I check general tso chicken does not have gravy on it. If I could provide a zero rating, I would, based on the subpar customer service from the young attendant at the front desk. This dish, purportedly Lo mien, was unacceptable, with overcooked broccoli and spaghetti noodles, and an unpleasant odor. If your prices no longer align with those listed online, it would be prudent to update your website. Furthermore, considering the cluttered state of the dining room, it appears that you have sufficient time to attend to this matter.
