I've been waiting for my food for 20 minutes. They ask me to pull to the door so their clock wouldn't run over time, so I do it. Then they bring out all the wrong food so I pull back around and tell them the whole order was wrong. The lady at the window takes the right order and says keep the wrong order for wait and screwing up the order. I pull back up to the door to wait some more. A second lady comes out (the assistant manager) and ask what's wrong with the order I tell everything. She ask for the food back with an awfully bad attitude, I tell the lady at the window said we could keep the food for the inconvenience. She says no that's not possible and takes the food and throws it in the trash right in front of me. I feel like I've had enough of the bad and very poor customer service so now I want my money back. I pull around again, back to the window and ask for a refund and the receipt so I can call and make a complaint. I was then told that she would not give back the receipt. The assistant manager then walks away from the window and never comes back. Eventually the store manager comes to the window and only give me the receipt to take a picture of it and has to hold my change from the purchase hostage so I assume that I wouldn't run away with the reciept.... the customer service in this store is horrid! I guess they are short staffed, and it is a stressful time to be working in fast food, however they aren't the friendliest and are over priced compared to the location my fiancé and I decided to go to instead. We just wanted a #2 meal, red beans as the side, lemonade as the drink, another beans and rice, and two wings. The total was $15! We wanted to use the balance on his gift card and the rest would be paid in cash. I checked the balance of the card BEFORE passing it through the window and was emailed the balance. I know there was at least $6 on the card but we were told the card had no money on it, and then were told they don't take gift cards. After telling them the card has money on, and them yelling through the bullet proof glass that it doesn't, it we asked for the cash we passed to them with through the window, and the card back and the girl says,"Nobody's gunna take that card, we ain't accepting them cards at any location". We decided to go to another location this time on Gratiot and 7 mile and ordered their promotion meal "2 can dine for $10". This included 5 pieces of chicken 2 sides and 2 biscuits. My fries were cold and the manager that was at the window has I donāt care attitude Like she didnāt wanna be there. I donāt recommend they always mess up your food and act like they donāt care. I also donāt have a receipt because the last time they messed up my order and I had a receipt. I called the store number seven times and no one responded or answered the phone.
