LET’S JUST SAY GORDEN RAMSEY WOULD BE FLIPPING TABLES, THROWING CHAIRS & THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY A CITY INSPECTOR THAT CAN’T BE PAID OFF TO PASS INSPECTION SOME OF THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED I HAVE IN THE-RESTAURANT /CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY & I HAVE 28YRS OF EXPERIENCE IN BOTH INDUSTRIES & THIS RESTAURANT IS DIRTY FROM THE OUTSIDE OfF THE BUILDING THE PARKING LOT ISN’T TAKEN CARE OF WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY FRIEND TO GET HER FOOD ORDER I Saw FOR DDEAL IN THE PARKING LOT WHICH MADE ME REALIZE THERE SECURITY CAMERAS DON’T WORK & THE POLICE DON’T CARE ABOUT THEM DDEALS BECAUSE I SAW SEVERAL POLICE & THEY DROVE RIGHT BY ME IN THEY ARE PARKED PARKING LOT OR STOPPED AT THE RELIGHT D~DEALS GOING ON,OH BEFORE I FORGET EVEN THE DRIVE THRU MENU IS NASTY& YOU CAN’T SEE YOU GO AT NIGHT ALONG WILL IN THE DINING ROOM AREA THE WALLS HAS STAINOn THEM TABLET IS SO NASTY UNDERNEATH THE TABLE & YOU CAN SEE THE KITCHEN AREA THROUGH OUT MY WINDOW& INever Sanitized Bulletproof Barrier It Is The Dirtiest Restaurant & Kitchen I Have Ever Seen In Fact From What I Could See It Was Greasy & Dirty I HAVE IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY & I CAN TELL YOU THAT KITCHEN HAS NOT BEEN DEEP CLEANED IN A LONG TIME & IT’s MANDATORY FOR ALL RESTAURANTS TO BE DEEP...

Just left this Coney Island. My husband and I burgers were over cooked, burnt and the bread. The cheese wasnt melted on our fries. This is unacceptable. No matter how much money you spend with a restaurant fix my meal properly. There is a million restaurants in this city/state but customers stopped at yours. The cashier rude. The short obese light skin girl/lady. Your cashier is the customer first encounter. She should have been fired. Her attitude/disposition is nasty and rude. Terrible customer service. My family and I frequently visited this location in the spring/summer 2022- 2023. Its enough bad food and service with food these days. Stop playing with people food and wasting customers money. Now this cost the owner business. If and when you so something do it right or don't do it at all. Poor service equals bad business....

I've come to this establishment countless times (usually for chicken and salad), but today I went for pancakes. I put my order in over the phone and asked about pricing. I was told that I could get an order of 4 pancakes for $4.19, so I order 4 orders and add another order when I get there. The 5 orders are tied in a bag and I leave to continue my errands. Minutes later, I check the bags and there are only 3 pancakes in each order. I call the restaurant looking for rectification and am told that a full order is only 3 pancakes and that I was misinformed by the employee I talked to. After going back and forth, they still won't take accountability and fix their mistake because some workers there are "new" and "don't know."
