I went into the drive thru to place an order. It uses some kind of virtual system with a bot or something. I placed half of my order it repeated it back then asked if that completes my order I say NO. It then gave me a total and said drive around. I kept saying I'm not finished ordering and no response. I drove around to the window to inform cashier I wasn't done ordering I said no when asked but was given a total and told to pull around.
Cashier tells another employee what happened they add 2 sandwiches I requested and I also asked to make that a meal. They didn't make it a meal then says WELL IM NOT SUPPOSED TO ADD ANYTHING ON AT THE WINDOW YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DRIVE BACK AROUND AND REORDER 😐 I said well why wouldn't you tell me that when I pulled up and explained what happened at the speaker 🔊🙄 so I cancelled the entire order asked for a refund for the items I did pay for. Cashier cannot count she asked for my change back to do the refund vs refunding only the money they took for the order 😒 Won't be going back to that location or any. I haven't eaten Checkers in years I just had a taste for it and they ruined that for me. Zero stars...
Read moreI usually have a good experience when I come here, but today was different, I specifically asked for a 5 pc classic wings combo with lemon pepper, and a coke, I waited for 10-15 mins to get my food, I only got the fries and the chicken, I told the girl that brought my food out, that i didn’t get my drink, and she told me that I didn’t order one, when it’s exactly what I paid for, so while I’m waiting for her to come out with my drink she never comes out, so I had to go back through the drive thru, then the manager wants to make it seem like I was arguing when I just trying to tell her that I did order a combo and paid for it, I didn’t come there to argue, I came to get my food so I can go back about my business, she was the one that rang up my order, and she also asked if I want a small or medium drink, I told her medium, so how wasn’t it clear to y’all that I didn’t order a drink ? Read moreWill not be coming back. I am brand new to their automated ordering system and I was ordering slowly, I didn't think the system had gotten my entire order. When we had pulled up to the window, I asked the cashier if she could please repeat the order back to me. Instead of just repeating it, she rolled her eyes and huffed at me, repeating my order super fast and with an attitude. When I told her that sounded about right, she slammed the window closed on me while I am trying to hand her my card for payment. The entire time, I was watching her slamming napkins onto my sandwich in the bag. When she finally open the window, she snatched my card from my hands and was just handing my items to be with such force and with an attitude the whole time. As someone who works in fast food in the area, this is no way to treat customers. This is the quickest way to chase them off. Hire better employees and train them right and I might consider...
