First I'm going to say it's kinda hard for me to give a review when Me and my spouse have quality taste buds. So a lot of food places fail now a days. So a restaurants foods need to be really good for us to give them 5 stars. Now a days most restaurants change cooks like never before so each cook cook food differently. But during this visit Me and my spouse ordered a nacho and steak quesadillas. The nacho was good but we have had better. The steak quesadillas was ok but not good enough for us to order them again cuz the steak tasted different to us. We wasn't use to steak tasting like that. So we won't order the steak quesadillas anymore. But we do recommend this restaurant. Only thing I would like El Rancho to do is have a sampler for every food item they offer on their Menu. So customer's could order a sample to see if we would like it or not. The sampler would intrigue people to step out of their comfort zone and try something new they haven't had before. Because we would of loved to try something else on the Menu but we didn't because we we're unfamiliar with most items on their menu and we didn't want to purchase something at full price and once we get it and take a bite we don't like it. So having a sampler would be a nice addition to their menu.
