Went here on 10/31 order was 29.03 almost 30 damn dollars for nothing waited In line told the cashier my order 4 times..no onions no lettuce. get home food not right messed all up and had onions and lettuce with nothing else...so everything I didn't want on my burger and nothing I did.... called up there the next day...talked to the manager Jasmine said her husband is the GM who I initially wanted to speak to.... told me to come back WHEN I CAN SEEING HOW I LIVE ON 7 MILE AND LIVERNOIS... came back on 11/11 another Manager workin... REMADE THE ORDER AND GAVE ME ALL OLD FOOD... NASTY... DRINKS HAD LENT IN THEM..AND TOPS DIRTY AS HELL.... PLACE IS TRIFLING I WISH I COULD UPLOAD MY VIDEO....OF THE ALTERCATION....THE MANAGER TELLS ME TO COME BACK IN THE AM TO TALK TO JASMINE...WOULDNT GIVE ME A REFUND SEEING ITS BEEN ROUGHLY 2 WEEKS... TO WHICH THE MANAGER THERE SAID IT HAD BEEN ALMOST A MONTH...SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY NASTY...BUT CLEARLY CAN'T COUNT EITHER... COME BACK THE NEXT DAY...THERES NO JASMINE JUST A RUDE YOUNG LADY CLAIMING TO BE JASMINES DAUGHTER...LOL..THIS THE CRAZY PART....I ASK FOR MY MONEY SINCE THE ORDER WILL NEVER BE CORRECTED... NO JASMINES DAUGHTER TELLS ME DUE TO THEIR FOOD COST THEY CANT REMAKE THE FOOD AGAIN BUT NOT ONLY THAT ASK ME TO PULL OVER TO THE SIDE SO SHE CAN CONTACT THIS MYSTERY GM....THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL OTHER WORKERS NOT TO COME TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE SHE WANTED ME TO SIT THERE UNTIL I GOT TIRED AND LEAVE.....WOOOOOWWW GOT THE WHOLE THING ON VIDEO JUST WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM HELP ME HANK FROM CHANNEL 4 TO STOP PEOPLE FROM PATRONIZING THESE PLACES WHO HAVE POOR MANAGEMENT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NO THEY WASNT EVEN UNDER STAFFED🤬 wasted 30 dollars on nothing.... after getting work and trick treating with my kids and they gave nasty disgusting food wouldn't refund or remake it...

Would not take his oder and began to laugh at the fact that he was visually upset because of the lack of service in not taking his order then the foul language coming from the employee was not necessary or appropriate in a business environment. No call for it at all. I tried to call the restaurant itself and ask for a corporate number( "we dont give out the corporate number whats the problem?") So I ask to speak with a manager and the song was put down on the counter and a few minutes went by and then the phone was picked up then hung up. When I tried to call back there was no answer repeatedly 4 times to be exact. I am so stunned at the way the employees at this location. Horrible customer service and the most unprofessional employees I have ever seen in my entire life. Can the true sad part about it is those same people will probably be there tomorrow. I would be quite Justified to call the local news Fox 2 WDIV 4 channel WXYZ 7/UPN 50 or the ADA an agency of the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for service animals.
