Unfortunately Johnny and Hailey retired and the business is ran by new people. The wait time was long for me. The prices are higher and it seems like the prices given are made up. Some prices do not reflect the prices list on the wall. There is a two dollar charge for using a debt card even though there is a sign that states $20 minimum to use card. I asked for brown on my toes. I was only given one set of colors to pick from using shellac. The color I picked looked brown until it was applied. I stated that the color did not look brown but the older lady does not speak english. The young guy did my nails and I told him about my toes he said he’ll polish after my brows. I heard another client tell the brow lady that her brows were messed up. So I decided not to get my eyebrows waxed there. I guess because I didn't get my brows waxed it would now be $10 to change the color...

OMG! I have no clue how ANYONE could ever get their nails done here! I have mood changing shellac painted over my real nails and I went home and the shellac begin to lift up! Every time I touched my hair that night it lifted more and more to the point where I just literally came off and was still in the shape of my thumb nail. Then here it is now a few days later I have about two males left I normally get my nails done somewhere else and she doesn't extremely fast and she primes the nails under the shellac this place clearly doesn't know what they're doing now I have to pay for another set of nails for my birthday wow I will never go to this place again! My polish on my toes looks like there about two weeks old and they've only been paying it for a few days the guys skills...

There use to be a lady in there in 2013 that did excellent nails. Now there's a man and the last time I came in there he was talking bad about my nail nails to another tech and tried to rush me out for my nails to be dry. Mind you there was hardly anyone in the nail shop! So I wouldn't have stopped any of your clients or your cash flow. If you want business you want to be kind to the customer that pays. They do a decent job not great anymore but since they are so rude I won't spend a dime in...
