Subway — Restaurant in Southfield

I've been going to subway (20104 west 8 mile rd, Southfield, MI 48075) for the last two years on my lunch break. 2 weeks ago I went and a lady employee made my sub. Prior to her making my sub she got into it with the customer in front of me. So, when my turn came she still had an attitude. I like everything on my sub. She started making comments about what I want on my sub. I told her that's what I like. She was putting my dressing on sloppy like she was mad that she had to make my sub. I asked her can she wipe the excess off the wrapping. She said she is not making my sub again. Well, on 9/13/2013 I went into this subway at 10:45am and the lady(Yvette, I believe her name is) was apparently there by herself and she refused to make my sandwich. I can't believe I was refused service! Is this how you treat your loyal customers? I lost time on my lunch. You definitely lost a customer. You guys need to teach your employees customer service. I went to tubby's down the street. Value is not better but customer service is. They wanted my business. P.s. I called and talked to management to complain and they said they have her work only four hours in the morning where there is less customer interactions because they are familiar with her...

They don’t cover their meat or vegetables. I found a bug in my food. I went in to confront them about it, I could not get a refund or my sandwich remade because of how unsanitary they are and the amount of bugs flying around the stations are crazy. She offered me 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips and cookies but i declined to the cookies as i didn’t trust them. That restaurant is very dirty. The worker said she was new but there was no way they would leave a new worker by them selves. there was a guy who had a green shirt on (pretty sure he was the manager) just sitting in the front on his phone and did not care about anything I was saying. This place needs to be shut down immediately. And I’m pregnant. I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone I know. Don’t buy from here or you will find bugs inside...

Went to look at reviews for this location and they were mostly good. My experience was good could have been better if one of the women in there was more concerned with the customer service than moving the food and equipment. I asked her a question and she acted like I was invisible. The other young lady was more attentive and friendlier. I did notice that the first woman was a little better with a dude. Guess I wasn't the right gender to be served. Anyway the food was good and the store was clean as other reviews stated.
