Since when do drivers ride to your house 3 car deep to deliver your food to you in the afternoon? Everyone was outside, the driver pulls up 3 car deep, then asked me for my Id and card because I ordered online. No where online did it explain this change of policy. I always use the same card always order from this store it's just so happened today my husband just left with it. But if thats the change in policy why then accept my money and charge me a delivery fee or why not call to at least verify or mention. The Assistant Manager Lonzel thought it was funny and he was also rude when I kept asking for his boss's name and contact. What happened to great customer service??? I'm out of my food and money because it went from my money will return the same day, to the next, to 3-5 business days? I thought Dominoes appreciated their customers not make fun of the situations or dealings. I expected better... I can deal with policy but I can't deal with uninformative rude associates or as he stated he is the Manager. Then you should understand why I wouldnt give my information or trust someone whose riding in a car with two non-uniformed individuals in the car. Instead of charging me once they decided to charge me 3 times. Then I was told I wasn't charged at all I couldn't receive my food but my bank account says otherwise. I was able to show the charges on my account but was still told they have no record of it. When clearly on my account it shows the name and store number and date of charges. They still have no record of it. Only of one charge of $9. So he voided that one and said the other ones don't exist. Spoke with the General Manager Charney or Charmey.... not sure couldn't fully understand him .... he is sure to tell me that it was voided but the only void receipt I get is for the $9. He says this double and triple charging happens all the time. In his words this happens everyday.... Wow. The only thing I can do after being out of $60, let him tell it is wait for it to fall off . What!!! 72 hours for my money to come back.....and that is not even a guarantee! I will never spend money at this establishment ever again! You should not either unless you like terrible customer service and terrible...

I placed my order way in advance and the tracker said my order was ready. When I arrived, they hadnāt even thought of making the order yet. I knew I played myself when more than once I saw someone go in, come out with no pizza and start angrily yelling in their car only to leave. They likely got a refund. There is no excuse that the place is short staffed. They just obviously do not care and dilly dally. Please do not make the mistake and come here, you will be starving and it will be a waste of time and money when you get the food.
The pizza came with the fake butter squirted in the crust in a thick yellow line. It didnāt even melt, and it was disgusting. The Parmesan bites were caked in that same thick gunk like hair grease and sprinkled with parmesan. I had to wipe it off to feed to my little one. I also had to crisp up the pizza a little in my air fryer because it was soggy. Never again. This place needs new management or should...
