Completely idiotic business practices..I placed an online order, which was confirmed via the website and the email they sent me. Then they call, I guess to further verify the order (who does that), and get my vm....they leave a VM that says, "I'm calling about your delivery, I mean pick up" and then it hangs up. Meanwhile, I go to the store to retrieve my order and they inform me that they voided my order because I didn't answer their call. Number one, how many forms of verification do you need to know I wanted the food I logged in to purchase (my card, name, billing address and CCV matched), the sent me an email....should I have supplied a blood sample too or a CT scan of my empty stomach. Number two, what kind of message was that...it's 2014, we don't know how to leave complete voicemail's stating the intent of our call???, Number three, there was NOTHING done or even offered to correct the problem, not in the store, not by me calling the number that left me the VM; I wasn't looking for 200 bucks worth of free food, but maybe a free delivery for the inconvenience of coming out in 10 degree weather would've appreciated. Read moreUPDATE: After being on hold for 15 minutes... I Spoke with manager "Billy" He was the one who hung up. He stated " I was the Lucky ticket number 37 today and he decided to decline my services" I was mind blown. I asked him is this how he treat his customers and he said I was not a customer because he was denying my services going forward. Then he started explaining people doing scams and how they lost over $9000 in carry out orders in the last week. I'm not sure what that had to do with me, but I will be reaching out to corporate.
