Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

Completely idiotic business practices..I placed an online order, which was confirmed via the website and the email they sent me. Then they call, I guess to further verify the order (who does that), and get my vm....they leave a VM that says, "I'm calling about your delivery, I mean pick up" and then it hangs up. Meanwhile, I go to the store to retrieve my order and they inform me that they voided my order because I didn't answer their call. Number one, how many forms of verification do you need to know I wanted the food I logged in to purchase (my card, name, billing address and CCV matched), the sent me an email....should I have supplied a blood sample too or a CT scan of my empty stomach. Number two, what kind of message was that...it's 2014, we don't know how to leave complete voicemail's stating the intent of our call???, Number three, there was NOTHING done or even offered to correct the problem, not in the store, not by me calling the number that left me the VM; I wasn't looking for 200 bucks worth of free food, but maybe a free delivery for the inconvenience of coming out in 10 degree weather would've appreciated. Very very poor customer service and the LAST TIME I ORDER FROM HAPPY'S PIZZA. I'm quite happy there are...

Used to be my fav happys location in this area before the tall bigger guy with long locs and glasses and speech impediment became the manager avoid him at all costs he used to give me so much free food trying to talk to me would invite me to his house on the east or ask to come to mine because I mentioned I live in the neighborhood his bm works there too and is very pleasant but he is extremely obnoxious rude and sassy because now I haven’t made any advances today I actually paid for my food and because I wasn’t trying to really hug him he even charged me for bbq sauce hot sauce and Greek even though I had a fish and wing meals just being petty I wish I would’ve checked my food and yall know how good the catfish is from happys big pieces look at what he gave me lmao ik it’s hard to find good labor and obviously he show up to work but he’s a predator and playing with ppl money if you don’t talk to him

Oh and I actually cook so it’s no reason to even patronize since they have so much unethical practices. But come on Curtis and wyo I’ll make yal a real fish dinner or sandwich that’s a sandwich I literally made yesterday next to the $27 I...

UPDATE: After being on hold for 15 minutes... I Spoke with manager "Billy" He was the one who hung up. He stated " I was the Lucky ticket number 37 today and he decided to decline my services" I was mind blown. I asked him is this how he treat his customers and he said I was not a customer because he was denying my services going forward. Then he started explaining people doing scams and how they lost over $9000 in carry out orders in the last week. I'm not sure what that had to do with me, but I will be reaching out to corporate.

Terrible customer service! Not sure if it’s new staff I placed my order online like I always do. They always call to confirm. They called and said “ We won’t start making the order until you arrive because people never pick up their online orders” I said if I called would you of make it he stated yes! (I ordered the pizza ahead for a reason) And he canceled my order and hung up on me! I called back and I have been on hold. I called from another number and they answered and when I asked for a manager… he said “ there is no manager here today!” Then hung up on me again! We usually order from here often! But...
