Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

I called to order a pizza and for the first time in decades of ordering pizza I wasn't asked to pay by credit card. When I asked, the guy with the weird voice said the driver would swipe my card upon arrival. The pizza arrived in 45 minutes or so and the driver turned to leave. I had to tell HIM that I had not paid! Except they hadn't given him the phone-swiper so I called while he stood in the cold on my porch. We were slammed on hold and waited for 5 minutes before, the driver being cold was eager to leave. I promised him that I would pay and stayed on hold for 12 minutes, 47 seconds before some woman answered and I complained about being on hold when I was trying to pay for their mistake. She was unwilling to hear me complain for 5 seconds, slammed me on hold again before the weird dude manager (I guess) came on the line. Can you imagine a white man thought he could dominate and control the conversation with by loud-talking and overtalking a Black woman, in Detroit?! One who was honestly trying to spend her money?! I didn't either but he hung up on me. I called back and was slammed on hold again. When Sister Can'tBeBothered answered I again tried to explain that I was trying to pay; she wanted to put me back on hold and I asked,"Why, what could you be putting me on hold for? What could be more important than PAYING for an order?!" Her brain couldn't process that question before she handed the phone to WeirdoManager who with all the bluster he could muster said,"You know what, we'll just cancel your order cuz we don't want your money!" I guess he finally won an argument with a Black Chick! Oh, and the flat, cold, sauce-less pizza wasn't even good. The pics look better than it tasted but it...

I stay literally 3 mins away lol and it always takes them a hour for delivery...... Then the man that takes to order on the phone always has a attitude seems like he always the same one who answers the phone I asked him do they have chicken wings he said they don't make that there I said what kind of meat do you have he says we have Wing dings 😭😭😂😂.... Then I called him and told him I had to leave and it was taking too long to long for my order and I need to come pick it up then he catches his attitude again saying that The delivery Man already left and proceeds to say don't you understand your not the only one that's making orders obviously I know that but when I go inside the business half the time everyone's back there sitting around joking laughing drinking and eating in the back while they're making food just very unprofessional and a joke honestly and won't be getting no more of...

I’d advise never going here, unprofessional

I ordered food over the phone with a lady named Dani said it would take 20 minutes, I waited 30 minutes before I got over there, I get there Dani said “ we don’t have a order like that” when I explained my order. She walked away from the counter as I was talking and her until her manager came over. Mind you the manager wasn’t looking professional at all so I’m not even sure it was a manager, dressed crazy. Anywho the manager didn’t sort the issue at and I left unhappy. ( how are you gonna be named happys pizza and leave the customer unhappys ) Dani is so unprofessional and lied about NOT talking my order, I’m never coming here again. It used to be my go to place but I’ll be driving far just to AVOID...
