Ice Cream La Michoacana — Restaurant in Detroit

A good friendly bunch of people. The place is busy but they serve you with a smile. I’m not Hispanic so I don’t know my Central American desserts and snacks but looked really popular with the people whom I believe were local to Mexican Town.

The Fresas con Crema is basically fresh and dried fruits with granola and their “signature cream”, which I thought was sweetened carnation milk, kind of. Their icecream is nothing to write home about, but it’s alright for the price. The banana split comes with 3 icecream scoops and a lot of nuts and whipped cream. You won’t be disappointed if you’re a fan of the split.

This is a must do repeatedly at least twice a month so you don't overdo it the choices who are very wide and you can actually have your ice cream the way that you choose several different types toppings it was really good rather you want something release healthy or sweet they had them both they had different flavored popsicles that were made fresh in the watermelon popsicle actually really tastes just like watermelon they had so many different flavors ice cream oh my goodness it was a really hard for me to choose but once I did almost hurt myself it was so good that the prices are very reasonable and it was not a long wait it's...

This was my first time there and I told the server that was helping that as well. I did see they had a good variety of things to offer but I was not quite sure what to get and what was highly recommended. She not too help/ attentive and I was being rushed to make a decision. I finally saw someone making a mango fruit drink (mangonada I believe it was), and I order that and some ice cream.

All in all I’m giving three stars because the fruit drink was flavorful and pretty good and I felt the prices were reasonable.
