OVERCHARGED ME, GAVE ME WRONG PIECES, AND FRIED THEM WHEN I ASKED FOR GRILLED. They charged me more than the price on the drive-thru menu, and, even when I complained, they just said "Yea, we need to fix that sign", but I finally got them to honor the price on the sign. I asked for thighs, they put thighs and legs on the receipt, but they gave me all backs, instead, so I had spines to deal with instead of a single bone. I also asked for grilled, and they gave me some crispy-skin pieces with no grill marks, but insisted they were grilled. Maybe they fry them first, then grill them for a second so they can call them grilled. At any rate, it was greasy and unhealthy, so I had to throw the skins out. And I got very little meat in my $6 two-piece meal (soon to be $6.50, when they update their sign). I needed two such meals to fill up, and that means $13 ($14 with tax), for a greasy chicken dinner. It's just not worth it. I can get a steak at Outback for less. The sides were good though (corn not-on-the-cob and mashed potatoes with gravy). And the biscuits were good, now that they finally took the deadly trans-fats out. So, I upped them to two stars, due to the sides and biscuits. They need to learn how to grill chicken properly, and, since it won't have all that grease to provide the flavor, they should add BBQ sauce, honey...
Read moreI visited this location on 10/11/23; when I entered the lobby a young lady ( Desiree) immediately said," Place you order from the kios". I informed her that I was picking up, she walk away from the window, with an attitude, and without saying another word. As I waited, two customer entered, one an elderly lady; she ( The elderly lady) didn't know how to use the kids, so she asked for her order to be taken at the window; a nice young man took the order, and for some reason that pissed Desiree off, she began hollering from the rear of building, i" If they don't know how to use the kios, oh well", and other nonsense babble, that was very unprofessional. I loved the young man behind the counter that did an excellent job at attempting to please the patrons, because Ms.Desiree was apparently having a bad day.
To make things worse, she was on her phone, walking outside talking Loyd just being rude and obnoxious about the situation as if she wanted to get a reaction from the patrons; none responded to her idiodacy. Even when she made it to her black suv, she ( Desiree was still in loud mouth nonsense mode.
KFC needs to pay that one employee some attention, she's definitely not patron friendly, and she doesn't possess customer service skills at all.
Other than that, the meal...
Read moreWent to this location after 7pm only because my daughter who'd just been in an accident and is now confined to her bed said she really wanted their bbq chicken wings. Paid and Ordered ahead from Door Dash. Get there and the line is like 15 cars long each order taking more than 3-5 minutes. I call to let them know I'm there to pick up my order. One lady answers and said skip the line and pull to the front. I ask where because there are no signs noting where the designated area is to wait for Door Dash/ Curbside orders. Then another female screams No! No! No! No! No, tell her to wait in the line and pull around with the line. Frustrating as it was, I did just that. Got the order after waiting 25 minutes in the line. Got home and the wind were not properly sauced just thrown in a bowl and sauced all in the bottom. A waste of product, customer service was extremely rude to me as a customer and disrespectful to their fellow co-worker. To advertise that you offer a service then choose when or if the service should be provided after ones have paid for the service is false advertising. If the issue was that they were backed up or short that should have been related along with the courtesy...
