Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Detroit

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Where is the Co owner of this establishment. Is it ok to place your order online for Pick up in store twice in one week, before 6pm at this same location and can’t because It’s always closed in the inside. No warning just Staff inside on phones playing at the tables. Flirting and carrying on while they force you to the drive thru where You have to wait for your paid order for over two hours?? (Video posted same day). And then received your food after two hours and that $&@! Is cold &$f!! Been in line so long can’t go to any other restaurant because they all closed because I’m waiting on my side items order online two hours ago. Whyyy though?? Can someone answer that?? And then when you try to Cancel order while waiting the customer service agents give you a difficult time so your still forced to wait two hours or lose your money and Mind!! It’s so Hard to see Another one of my Favorite restaurants go to Trash! It’s very Unpleasing, Hurtful, and Disruptive to The Heart as well as to the Owners! I would never recommend any Popeyes in the city of Detroit at all. They all Don’t care at all! Makes you Wonder if they are really caring about the product they are putting out. Are they really cleaning the chicken I eat? Are they washing their hands after we sat and watched you go back to the kitchen after sitting at the table on your phone. Are they carefully keeping food Sanitation station and Fryers clean to State code. Are they careful like they would be fixing their own food or are we just getting the food off the floor or lying around with the flies making Maggots in the Chicken we eat. If they really cared about the people they serve they would really need to show it! We have to pay attention extra now because of they don’t care about the process of the food and their jobs, Then Trust they ain’t caring about the food we put in our stomachs that we Trust them for. Even My Mom Popeyes chicken top buyer Damn near she is not Happy. Now that Hurts. When does the change come? We can fuss all day but they ain’t listening. Business just Lost! That was my last time going to this location much as I love that chicken from Popeyes I refuse to go back to a Popeyes that accommodates one employee because of her allergies I could not have cinnamon and sugar on my apple pie 😳😖🤔 really where where do they do that at? Evidently here One thing for sure is I'm glad that she's not allergic to chicken because who knows what will happen at that point? The manager accommodated me however with a little attitude thinking that I was the one that reached out to corporate when in fact I hadn't but I should have 😏 So instead of doing that I thought I'd leave a nice detailed review too bad I didn't take a photo of a tired looking apple pie without any cinnamon and sugar on it I could have went to McDonald's or someplace else and got a apple pie that's what I wanted. I wouldn't want an employee to pass out I'm not being inconsiderate of her allergies however I don't think that she should work at Popeye's after all everywhere is hiring these days so hopefully she will find something that's conducive for her and her allergies but at any rate doesn't matter I won't be back to this location and for that matter I wouldn't recommend...

I walked in to workers fussing at customers. I placed my order and was told after the fact that no mild was available. So I wait for 7 minutes and receive my order. It’s hot inside so I leave quickly and head home. Once home I see that’s order is not complete. I go back to get my missing side item and she comes out with an old nasty looking cole slaw but I take it and leave cause I don’t want her to put something in my food. I just won’t eat it. I get back home and I start to make plates for my family and I see that even though I ordered two of the 5 piece chicken special for 6.99 I only hav e 4 pieces of chicken in each box. I didn’t go back again and I just won’t go back anymore. People think they are punishing you by giving you poor service and rude treatment but when sales drop cause you are losing customers left and right someone’s hours will be getting cut if the store can stay open. I will never go back to this location and I hope others read my warning and know that it’s not worth it to go there when you can’t even eat the food or get what you pay for. Sad thing is I love Popeyes but not enough to risk this foolishness and half a meal...
