Let’s be honest — when you walk into a White Castle, you expect a quick bite, a few sliders, maybe some fries to hit the spot. But what I didn’t expect during my recent visit was the level of service that could rival a sit-down restaurant. Two young ladies working that shift completely transformed my experience with their attentiveness, professionalism, and sheer work ethic.
From the start, they greeted every customer with a genuine smile and warm attitude — not the forced kind you sometimes get at fast food joints, but the kind that makes you feel seen and appreciated. Despite the steady flow of people coming in and out, they never rushed anyone, never lost their cool, and handled everything with calm confidence and speed.
What impressed me most was how efficiently they worked as a team. Orders were taken quickly, cooked fresh, and handed out with care. They were constantly moving — cleaning, restocking, checking on customers — but never once did they appear overwhelmed. Instead, they set the tone for the entire place with their energy and professionalism.
Food-wise, everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly made to order. The sliders were on point, the fries crispy, and even the mozzarella sticks tasted like they just came out of the fryer. But it was the level of service that made this trip memorable.
To see two young women take so much pride in what they do — in a fast food environment, no less — was honestly inspiring. They didn’t just clock in and do the bare minimum; they owned their roles and gave every customer a reason to come back. It’s rare to get that kind of experience anywhere, let alone at a drive-thru or counter window.
White Castle should be proud to have them representing the brand. If more locations had employees like these two, fast food might just get a new reputation. Hats off to them both — they turned a simple slider run into a standout...
Read moreSlooooow Omg!!! One of the nicer looking White Castles, but omg, they move like turtles! I went a few evenings ago. No customers in the lobby, and only 1 customer in the drive through. I counted at least 6 employees. I waited about 1min before my order was taken. Then the cashier was sluggish -acting and seemed disinterested. I'm watching to see why its taking so long. The crew is all moving slowly, nobody is peppy. They are making everything else but my order! A couple more people come into the drive through, but still an empty lobby. Buns for the sliders sat on the counter at least 4mins waiting for prep. I finally received my cup. Then the cashier comes back asking if I wanted ketchup/mustard on the sliders. Another 3mins of waiting for this cashier to actually prepare my sliders! It was ridiculous how long it took for my order to be made! I will...
Read moreThe wait times are always long so when I go I just expect it. It has stop bothering me once you lower your expectations about it and just anticipate the 30 to 40 minute wait. I will say that I do mainly come here because in the area out of most of the fast food restaurants the staff here have pretty good customer service. Rather they are just regular or show a smile I just appreciate not getting attitude. I go all times of the day and at no point has anyone ever I love that. Food is usually always fresh and taste good as well. No complaint there. Have been a large amount of homeless around the location lately walking up to cars and being...
