After a long family outing we decided to end our night having dinner at KFC I ordered a Georgia gold chicken sandwich meal. First they were out of wedges ok fine then when I set down to eat my sandwich the chicken wasn't done so I asked the cashier can I get a famous bowl instead, she told me no that I can only get chicken littles instead to replace the chicken sandwich then walked away, after several minutes standing there trying to get someone's attention when two young was standing there ignoring me the cashier finally came back. At this point I asked for a refund because that's not what I want. A young lady came to the register in gave me $5.50 so I asked her where's my tax. I was left standing there again. Finally a manager comes up and proceed to tell me that there's no tax unless it was a whole dollar because you can't tax $5.50 after a 2 min debate they decided to only give me 30 cents instead of the full 33 cent tax due (why should I give any of my money to a restaurant that I can't order what I want)so I told her I wanted my full refund she then proceeded to toss a dime at me. Never been to a restaurant where I couldn't order something else off the menu and what make it bad it was cheaper than what I ordered and I wasn't looking for the difference. Terrible...
Read moreThis location Davison and Linwood is scheduled to service until 11:00 p.m. I pulled up at 10:15 p.m. to place an order through the drive-thru and was told they only had selected items available it would be at least a 20-minute wait if I want anything outside of the things that's available. I responded that's fine I want the eight piece bucket that you guys have for $9.99 on Tuesdays the employee then said "oh nawl that's going to be at last 30 minutes and we are about to close" I reply you guys close at 11pm it's 10:15pm we have the time I'll wait, she then say "well just get back in line we don't want to take your order and forget about you so check back in a minute." I told her it's no one behind me it's no line at that point I knew she just didn't want to do her job so I asked for the store number to give corporate for this complaint and she insisted she didn't know it. This isn't the first less than pleasant experience I've had at this very location but it's the first one I feel it's worth of a negative review and corporate of complaint KFC's are downsizing and becoming less available and I'm certain employees like this play a major...
Read moreI've been getting the 2.99 deal now for almost two months, why the manager wouldn't honor my information on my phone. @1:11 on Sunday 6/12/23 the manager at this location with a pink bottom lip(discoloration) this is the only way I can describe her because she didn't have a name tag on and refused to give me any information to contact someone who could better serve me. I'd completed everything asked of me to join the special offers. I've been getting them from the store on Woodward and on davidson. She said I needed a QR code but I never had one, I've always shown my telephone and it displayed that I joined and was receiving texts for discounts and deals. SHE REFUSED to help me knowing that i had done everything required to get this deal.she was rude and got pleasure out of turning me away and refusing to give me any information to contact upper management.
