White Castle — Restaurant in Detroit

This was the most Horrible experience at this White Castle on the evening of 010224! The employee over charged me for the wrong order for 35 dollars and still wanted to make me pay for my food as well, they threw my food away because I refused to pay an additional 21 dollars with no offer of compensation no discount no coupons, the manager was rude and nasty unprofessional n slammed the window in my face, I had to make a police report and go home with no food n 35 dollars lost from my account, all they did was dismissed my problem n offered me to come back n get2 complimentary cheese burgers, forget them no those cheese burgers, I’ve will be sure to tell all my employees at the city of Detroit, never again! We need better respect for each...

I ordered my food online and chose the option to pick up in the drive through. The line was very long when I arrived and the lobby doors were locked. When I finally got to the speaker after being in line for 40 minutes, there was a note that said pull to the first window. So, I finally make it to the first window after another 5 minutes and no one was there. I stayed in that spot another 8 minutes until the two vehicles ahead of me were gone. I get to the second window and they ask me what did I order. I explained that I ordered and paid online. The associate tells me to hold on. I had to wait another 6 minutes for my food to get prepared that was set to be picked up way before. The upside is that the food was fresh and delicious, but not...

Although I placed my order online well in advance and paid for online, they still did not have my order ready. Not only that, but, two vehicles in drive-thru placed THEIR order and was served before I received mine. Even after getting my order, they still did not have a right due to, possibly, and error in their software which did not relay to them any specifics of my order, which, If that truly was the case, day did not even acknowledge and I had to show proof that I paid for my order of in advance online.

In their defense, they offered to correct my order but, due to time constraints and my having to wait, I had to leave...
