I came in with a great mood and left with a whole attitude; I ordered a club sandwich and got a regular grilled chicken sandwich. I paid with the card and I must admit that was the first issue as the cashier did not say anything about a fee for using my card. The cashier seemed okay at first even giving me some hand sanitizer out of her purse but that soured quickly. First and foremost I called once I realized my order was messed up and was talked to very rudely and told to come back in the morning . Wait what? Was my first thought, but I went back and took the food back and was given 17.65 after a very rude interaction from the cashier. I mean all she had to admit she was wrong and just give me the bacon for my club sandwich. Smh The cook told the cashier he heard my order and she got it wrong; she did not acknowledge him. I leave but then realize once I leave again I was charged 18.35 on my card. I go back a third time and ask the cashier for the remaining money owed to me. She refused and said it's my fault, meanwhile she got my order wrong. I was super calm until my 3rd trip. She told me she was tired of it. She made the mistake though. She kept telling me to talk to someone in the morning. She also told me she couldn't refund my card so that's why she gave me cash. She insisted that the fees on the card were on me . Unacceptable! Only good thing was; the few bites I had the cook prepared wonderfully. That is why I am giving a 2 instead of a 1. Beware to check your food before leaving and don't pay with a card or you may experience this also. To be safe write your order down and give it to this cashier cause she obviously is not able to be wrong even when others heard correctly what...

I recommend this little spot for a quick eat, place to meet with neighbors, clients and constituents and plenty of parking with added plus of a gas station as the next door neighbor. Sam was a delightful young lady whom handled the orders and there was another woman whom stated she was a relative of the owners whom was funny, pleasant and kind. The food was good. Expected from a coney palace and the place was bustling with business. I drive an hour to get here to meet with my clients in the back booth and buy them a warm meal while there. Use to be the best coney in the neighborhood It's time to tear this building down 👇 Let me first say I love the waitress she's been there over 30 years I think she's the wife let her rest But the service I got today was unacceptable The fries and burger cold and it only took 5 minutes to pick up my order literally called it in while I was on Davison and livernois The cook wants to argue with me about my food being cold and returning it! I spent over 30 and tipped and you have the nerve to tell me what to accept.
