Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

horrible yet irritating experience. I went in today ordered the new stuff crust deep disk, Italian cheese bread and a cheese pizza for my children and myself. Let me start off by saying my daughter can't have much of the sauce on the pizza, doctor only allows her to have two to three slice's of pizza. Due to allergies. So the cheese pizza was ordered with ( extra cheese with butter and parm on the crust) what they gave me was a cheese pizza with EXTRA SAUCE. The thing that my daughter and I are allergic to. When I say my lips were burning , red and swollen, and so was my babies off of the one slice we both had...smh so I call talk to a manger, she said she would replace it and when I go back up there to get the pizza , come back home pissed because I open the box to a cheese pizza with extra cheese no butter and parm. I have sickle cell, my body hurt and I don't feel like hoping in the car to have them make it again but the right way. Wth am'i gonna do with all that pizza? Now I'm pissed and I don't wanna eat this pizza that I had to pay for because it wasn't made right....

This particular Little Caesars Pizza restaurant offers very tasty pizza for those who frequent Little Caesars Pizza however, they seem to frequently have trouble with hiring staff with the ability to fill out customers orders correctly; they simply struggle to get it right and as a result frustrated customers experience longer wait times, some simply leave and the establishment loses revenue. Little Caesars prides itself on hiring younger people which is absolutely admirable but in addition the site managers are around the same age. Perhaps, if Little Caesars Pizza were to hire managers a bit more mature to organize the work flow of their younger staff members the general public may experience better service. Just a thought; until then I'm not ready to give up on Little Caesars they have been a community staple for decades and a much needed employer in our community. It's not that easy working with the youth of today keeping in mind working at Little Caesars may be their first employment experience so, keep up the good works with our youth Little Caesars; we...

To who this may concern

I decided to take a short walk to get me a order of bread sticks and a sauce. Not knowing I would be so disrespected as a customer! I will never return to your location to purchase anything. Young lady at the counter decided to take a man off the streets order as I had been patiently waiting to place my order before me. He thought that it was okay in his mind cause he called in his order to jump in front of me. So instead of taking and finishing her current order and taking my order as should have been she looked right at me knowing I was standing there and helped this man before helping me. My money must not been good enough so there for I will not ever patron again. My money is just as green as the man who called in his order thinking it was okay to step around me and she followed suit. Discussed.
