I ordered ghost pepper wings and red beans and rice thru the app for pick up. When I got to the drive thru I let them know my name and told them I was picking up an order I placed on the app. When I get to the window they hand me my bag, I pull off and I notice I was missing the red beans and rice. I pull back to the window and let them know and they gave me the rice. I get home and actually look in the bag and notice it had 2 chicken sandwiches, and chicken nuggets. It also had a receipt with someone else's name on it.
I drive back to the store and tell them they gave me someone else's order - I was supposed to have wings, and the lady who came to the counter with her dirty white shirt and foul attitude was nothing but nasty to me. Told me I said nuggets, when I clearly kept saying wings (even the customers who were in there stated I said wings), and my app clearly says wings... Also I was charged for wings!!!!!
Then she comes back after having a full attitude and cussing at me to say they didn't have no ghost pepper wings, only regular, and not enough to give me 24. At that point I was done. There was no consideration for the fact this was all due to their mistake not mine. I just wanted my money back. She told me I had to go thru the app, which I did, but that was some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
Will NEVER be back. I don't need someone to ask me about my day or to be overly friendly, I just require basic decency. At no point did I give her or anyone there attitude. I don't know what is going on in her life but karma does come around and if she doesn't learn to treat people how she wants to be treated, she will start to wonder why bad things tend to...

I knew there would be a wait but after standing in the drive thru for 30 minutes, I was told to come in and get my online order, even though Popeye's.com told me I needed to go through drive through. No biggie, I was not in a hurry. When I get in, the lady that told me to come in had me waiting forever, then told me they don't sell the 20 piece that I ordered on UberEats. She gave it to me anyways but had an attitude about it like it was my fault for ordering it. I asked her to change it to spicy chicken and she agreed but purposely have me the mild. I would not have failed her for that except I heard her verbally say she was giving my the mild as a punishment or something.
She did not give me my entire order the first time so I was missing the mashed potatoes, biscuits and chicken nuggets. She took forever to acknowledge me and still didn't give me my chicken nuggets. She said it was not on the order but, I showed her it was the first thing listed on the order. I never got any sauce for them, whatever.
What I disliked the most was her attitude towards myself and the other customers. The snappy "WHAT" every time a customer needed her for something. I will not return of she is there because I did not do or say anything to deserve that...
Read moreI had an amazing experience at my local Popeyes on 8 Mile! The service was exceptional, especially from the drive-thru attendant, Angelica. She was incredibly professional and customer-oriented, making my visit so much better. She even communicated that they were out of something and offered an exchange before giving me my order. It was a fantastic experience!
June 13, 2025-So I ordered ahead online on my way to this location arrive there about 406 wait till about 4:25 before I receive my food and got home about 10 minutes and food was cold like it had been sitting out. but I didn’t receive my food instantly when I got there so I didn’t understand why it was cold still left my complaint on the Popeyes app i’ll say about 20 minutes later the district manager gave me a call his name was Jason and offered to replace the food and what I said to him is this has to be a whole new management team at this location to receive a call that fast now that’s customer service working at as best kudos to that gentleman the district manager for jumping on this no matter how small the issue may seem to the patron and Customer it’s always important to feel like the...
