Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

ZERO STARS IF IT WERE AN OPTION!!!!!!!

You guys SERIOUSLY need to do better, both corporately AND individual stores!!!! The customer service & company integrity have gone so far down hill since my family and I stopped working for the company!!! The customer service I received today is the EXACT epitome of why you have customer service training!!!

Today I ordered for pickup a pretzel crust pizza well done WITH pizza sauce and a crazy bread combo. I received a SOGGY & COLD pizza that was the exact opposite of how I ordered it. It had the cheese sauce instead of pizza.

In addition, I tried to order my pizza with pepperoni and green peppers. I was told that it ONLY comes in pepperoni or cheese, that you can't modify it. So I asked if I could get a side of green peppers, that I'd pay extra. I was told that also WASN'T possible, there's no way they could wrap them. So I suggested using an unused crazy sauce bowl, that it didn't have to be completely full. IF there's NO POSSIBLE other way to charge me for it, just charge me for something else?! STILL told no! the woman that I spoke to claimed she was the manager. Now mind you, I've been in food service myself for 32 years. Can someone PLEASE tell me what happened to customer satisfaction?!?!?! Not even a fraction of effort on their end!!!

SIDE NOTE: YES, I was told to bring it back and they'd replace it. HOWEVER, a friend of mine picked it up and dropped it off to me as I recently was in the hospital due to such severe issues with my legs that I've had an upwards of 40 surgeries in the last 6yrs. Needless to say, my legs don't function properly & I cannot walk far. How am I supposed to get there with no vehicle, legs that can't walk more than 10-15ft at a time, & nobody was available to come by and take care of this.

I mean for real, "Ms Manager", you made NO effort & showed NO humanity. Even went as far as blaming me for the mix up when I KNOW what I said and how I ordered my food. I'm quite honestly more upset about the lack of effort than anything! Maybe you should think about a career outside of any type of customer service or take the time to brush up on your customer...

I order a pizza online. When we arrived, the door was locked and the lights in the front of the store were off; there were several workers in the back. As we waited, multiple customers in the same predicament also began waiting. Keep in mind, the sign on the door said they closed at 10 pm and it was 8:45 pm. The workers eventually came out as we all had been waiting for at least 10 minutes. They come out and begin walking away, as if they were not going to tell the crowd of people where their food and money was. Someone asked the workers what we were supposed to do about our food. Sounding annoyed, one of the workers rolls her eyes and says "we closed at 8 because we were short staffed," and the group of five workers walks away. The same customer then asked "then what about our money?" Again sounding annoyed, another worker say "You'll probably get a refund in the morning." And they all leave, leaving us still confused and hungry. I'm honestly dumbfounded by the amount of unprofessionalism displayed tonight. These workers were really going to leave without even explaining...

This Little Caesars puts every other Little Caesars in the City of Detroit to shame!

I have visited several Little Caesars pizzerias around the City where the Hot-n-Ready pizzas were made inconsistently. Many of us have experienced the horror of expecting a delicious Hot-n-Ready pizza and instead getting bread and tomato soup with the cheese flinged to 1/2 of the pizza. How disgusting and what a poor reflection on their brand!

Every time I come to this Little Caesars, I am astounded by the craftsmanship of each pizza I buy. I have NEVER been dissatisfied with a pizza I bought from this place. The pizzas this location produces are always piping hot with the toppings placed expertly. They also have fast service, which is very different from a lot of Little Caesars I have visited in the past.

This Little Caesars needs to get its employees to train the other Little Caesars employees on how to properly make Hot-n-Ready pizzas.
