The coffee was good, which is saying a lot as most of these places don't use enough coffee to make a decent cappuccino, much less a latte. But if the drink is lukewarm when it's handed to you, the drink is hardly good. As I ordered hot, I expected hot. So, I sent it back. And even the second one was barely what would have been considered hot. Using a thermometer when making it instead of just eyeballing the foam, would have helped a lot to create a good cup of coffee. As a pastry or a cookie or something is often an addition to a cup of coffee, having nothing at all, not even pre-packaged, that was GF, says a lot about who they want to frequent their establishment. Some people are not welcome. Atmosphere was sterile, like a techno work environment. It's hardly inviting as a place to go with a friend to talk, especially when your friend has a pastry and you don't. There's not much reason to return, or make it my place for coffee. I just received a reply to my review. You can read it below. Essentially this establishment wrote a "canned' response to a panned review. It says a lot about how much this owner actually cares about what was written rather than how many characters were in the text. In case, sir, you didn't get the idea from all those words, my encounter with your establishment got a D+ grade at best. No hot drink even after a re-request. Nothing GF to choose from, not even a piece of chocolate. Atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. Epic fail on the whole. I hope you understand this response to yours and make some changes to show you actually wish to provide a good...

Read moreEdit* Went to 5 stars. As you can see from the response below, the issue has been resolved and they have retained a customer who will be ordering online again in the future soon. One day I will actually make time to stop by a location for a proper cup :)
I am reviewing an online order. I have placed 2 orders, the first being delivered on time and the coffee itself was great. The second order I placed at the end on Jan (believe the 30th) and I have yet to receive anything. I have placed emails to their customer service as they do not have a direct number to call (it goes to the barbershop on the first floor and I will give that person who answered props as they tried to figure out who they needed to put me in contact with so that I could get my order delivered...). It would be really helpful if they had an online customer service to call. For now, I will place 1 more email and then probably just...
